food poisoning
Got food poisoning, food was always cold, sinks were broken, sanitation stations never had sanitiser, lack of clear communication with staff, only helpful person was the paramedic who treated me- wouldn't go again

MSC Musica Canary’s Islands cruise. Just said overall an excellent cruise.
Just said overall an excellent cruise on the MSC Musica. Food and beverage packet excellent with a with a great choice of wine. Staff were exemplary particularly those in the designated restaurants buffet and in the bar can’t say more complimentary things about the Service crew. We really enjoyed the two excursions we did whale watching and a visit to the gardens in the Hotel of Quinto in Funchal Madeira with an extremely lovely tour guide.
The only blot on the landscape was the specialty sushi restaurant which unfortunately wasn’t special at all and barely adequate in terms of the food. The ship musica only has one specialty restaurant I feel it needs at least another one. Otherwise great ship great crew members great food great wine cannot complain.

Canary Islands MSC Cruise
The overall experience was excellent on the MSC Musica. Food and Beverage package excellent, assigned restaurant and buffet excellent. Crew all super friendly and helpful. Only blot on the landscape was the Speciality Restaurant not so special (Sushi).

MSc musica Madeira etc but…
MSc musica nice to see Madeira etc but beware if no drinks package a 15 per cent is added to every drink etc spa treatment also but enjoyable cruise and met new people

I paid for a ultimate drinks package…
I paid for a ultimate drinks package and frequenty the drink that were advertised were not available, the bar staff didnt seem to want to go to another bar to get the drink I asked , they suggested I should.go to the other bar !!!!! not a good look to be treated like that

1st timers to MSC
Our 1st time with MSC and we could not fault it one little bit. All the staff were fantastic always there offering their service if needed an always very polite and they work very hard all day/night. The ship itself was immaculate and had lots to do and the entertainment in the evening times were outstanding. Would definitely return to World America and highly reccommend it to others.
