Absolutely worst business I've dealt…

Absolutely worst business I've dealt with in my 40 years.

It took 3 weeks to access the dashboard to even try the software. I requested a refund over 10 times. The company kept ignoring replies to emails until eventually after almost a month the company fixed the login issue.

Once I was able to use the software it did not work as described. Nothing accurate displayed, what did was days old or was incomplete.

Again requested refund and was given the no refund policy and an offer of 25% refund was given, then 50%.

It's obvious that customer satisfaction is NOT their priority. 2 thumbs down I'd give 4 if I had 2 more thumbs.

So far no good.

So far no good.. Installed last night. CLUNKY AS HECK! complicated platform. This is for parents right? Not the whipper snapper whiz kids? Obviously a bit stressful hiding this to install and staying up in the middle of the night to do it
I was offered an upgrade after paying one year subscription. $29 instead 325 for extreme. It didn't say pm or per month or monthly.. so I asked. Apparently that's an addition 29 monthly .. when I asked if it was normally 325 monthly the answer was YEAP. What kind of response is that from a supposed professional.
Anyways.. 15 hours. No snap chat. Even though that is what he is flat out using and Bark is alerting me to the flags
Stick to bark. Can't see everything but so far more than MSPY.

I am back once again same time of the…

I am back once again same time of the month with same issue, it says i have no access to my childs device as it could be switched off, discovered etc whereas my question is why does this happen exactly on the 13 of the month and if i connect to a call centre agent they ask me to uninstall and install again, but this means i have to put a unique key which means i have to buy the key which is annual. MY SUBSCRIPTION IS ALREADY ANNUAL AND DOESNT EXPIRE UNTIL NEXT YEAR END OF Q3.

Same issue happened on sep 13, oct 13, nov13 and here i am writing about this on dec 14

Absolutely TERRIBLE

This service is garbage and the company falsely advertises services that do not work properly if at all. Customer service does nothing but try to upsell you their even more expensive service, I can only assume is as just as poor.

Think before purchasing!…

I'm reading for a view minutes customer experiences before eventually give it a try- but I definitely won't! If a third of the feedbacks happen to be positive, this individuals were very lucky. I have no understanding how such a company with such a lousy customer support service can be rated as one of the best software of its kind. Furthermore I observe most of the company's answers are standard answers (marketing dept. greets). Make your good choice- hands off this one.

Don't subscribe this is a scam

I tried downloading it didn't work properly. Contacting technical support they said they want to access my phone remotely. The support is useless, I cancelled my subscription half an hour of subscription but yet didn't receive a refund. When you request a call back they tell you that billing team can't be reachable on this line. Only via email which they will never get back to you

Scam

My review was removed, but that won’t stop me from publishing another!

This platform is a scam - you pay for absolutely nothing! Nothing works and when you tell them nothing works - they advise you to pay more?!?!? This is absurd. I don’t know how you are the most popular platform one of the “best” based on different websites - it’s probably just paid marketing and that’s sad. It’s awful not to be able to trust anything and anyone these days. I will file a report in EU consumer center. Have fun with getting some well deserved fines.

This is a scam company ! Their only aim too keep selling you various services when the original service doesn't wk .from day one they attempted to take sums of money that i had not signed up for .

Would of scored 0 but that doesn't…

Would of scored 0 but that doesn't show.
Its just a scam, doesn't work and been trying to claim refund since day one with no success.
Told me I'm incapable of using it !!

I appreciate your reply but this is ongoing since August, anyway like I said I will be forwarding all my paperwork to rip off Britain at the bbc !!! I am capable to do that even though you don't think I capable of using the app!!

This is a absolute scam

This is a absolute scam. If the service works at all I never saw any signs of it. I had signed up for a 7-day trial period then when I called customer service to tell them that I would not have access to the device they told me that if I got this $100 upgrade it wouldn't be a problem stupidly I fell for that and it's still nothing nothing works I can't see anything I have no location absolutely none of the services work and then when I asked for a refund because the gentleman clearly lied to me knowing that I would have no access to anything any of the services if I gave them the $100 upgrade they proceeded to tell me that they could not give me a refund whatsoever and yeah so horrible horrible service horrible company horrible customer service please do not fall for the scam. And as to their reply I did contact them multiple times and was always told I couldn't get a refund for whatever reason. Even though it didn't work and even though their representative told me if I paid that extra $100 that it would work on the phone even though I didn't have possession of it so they knew exactly what they were telling me and they knew it was a complete lie just to take my money and then they wouldn't give me a refund

I really like the service

I really like the service. Its monitored everything I was worried about with my child onlin. Kit Nord with customer service helped me with all my requests and was quick and efficient!
