Scammers

There’s a page on IG “Spytutorial” using your brand to scam unsuspecting customers. So it’s either you guys are part of the plot or you are unaware.

Unauthorized debit from my account..fraud

This is literally a scam website.
I was charged twice for a premium subscription which i couldn't even use and I send an email to their finance for the double charge so they can refund me but they said they can't refund unauthorizely taking money from my account...pls avoid the site...it doesn't even work...they keep asking you to make several payment which doesn't work..SCAM SCAM SCAM

I paid for 3months subscription and was…

I paid for 3months subscription and was emailed my log in credentials.
However I couldn't access my control panel as my email address was said to be invalid.
The same email address through which i received log in details.
Several complaints mailed to customer support were not replied.

If you don't have iCloud login info don't waste your time

This app is garbage. If you don't have iCloud login you get the initial install and that's all. No videos, no photos and no way to export what little data you did get. Initial install took approx 10 min which is a long time if you're in an abusive situation like I am. All the demos and features are for Android. So disappointed, I thought I had finally found a solution to some of my problems. Waiting to see if they will refund anything. Just found out what little information I did get wasn't even right. The times on the texts aren't even correct. Please don't trust this app it will cause more problems than it fixes.

Only get this app if you want canned, copy-paste answers from "support."

I don't even believe that there's a real person working at the company. I bought the year package (because the per-month cost on the monthly or quarterly packages was beyond ridiculous) and installed it okay, but then it was missing data from the target phone. The target phone was brand-new so it didn't have much data to even transfer over to the mspy dashboard. Tech support is just a chat and all they do is send copy/paste responses to have you try X, Y, Z. After trying all their steps, my dashboard is still missing data. Supposedly they "escalated it to development" and said I'd hear back from them in a few days. It's been over a week. The next thing they want me to do is a "free" session with the mAssistance where they remotely access the target phone and install it for me. But the first available date to do that is two weeks from now, which will put me well beyond the original two weeks of their refund policy. Or, rather, their "no refund" policy, because it's pages and pages long, full of more exceptions where they will NOT issue a refund instead of instances where they will. Run far away from this app. It's not the only one out there. Find one that has better customer service where there are flesh-and-blood people who will actually read your emails and respond appropriately.

This company is just a dishonest…

This company is just a dishonest company period. I have read through the reviews and the response their associates on here are giving and that confirms that they are intentionally ripping people off. If you come here and read all these reviews and still want to sign up for this service be very careful going through the process. After you sign up they take you to a page with no option to skip the up sale . So if you hit continue on that they will charge you again. That is the reason why there are alot of reviews here about unauthorized charges. They make you "authorize" without with no way out. I believe that is a very disingenuous way of taking money from people.

Functionalities do not work. It is basically useless.

I was charged 4 times when buying one…

I was charged 4 times when buying one subscription. Never did I press any button called ”purchase” or ”upgrade” but the billing department claims I did so I won’t get any refund. I’ve lost about 600 - 700 usd since they claim I bought 3 subscriptions and also some sort of premium feature. Wish I read this page before buying. I have contacted the police. Total scam.

mSpy will not install on Pixel 7 and mSpy refuses refund

mSpy will not install on Pixel 7 as only 64 bit apps are supported. Tech support cannot install mSpy and customer support refuses to refund money paid for the subscription. They won't refund money 10 minutes after payment nevermind 10 days. Customer support advises that my only option is to get another phone or to freeze my subscription until some future when the product may possibly be able to be installed. Don't buy mSpy. They will not give you a refund even when the product cannot be installed.

UPDATE: The below response from mSpy is nonsense. No offer to resolve was ever received before or currently.

mSpy Agents Promised Fully Remote Installation – Service Failed, Refund Refused

Update: The company responded offering Scannero bundle and freeze option, but these are not acceptable.
Agent Leo Land promised fully remote installation without physical access in live chats (December 8 and 10).
The service required physical access and no data uploaded – not as described.
Full refund required

Purchased $179.99 subscription on December 15, 2025.
Sales agent Leo Land in live chats (December 8 and 10) explicitly promised "Ultimate Family" plan with fully remote installation via phone number only (no physical access needed), full live mic/cam ambient recording, location and social media monitoring every 5 minutes across WiFi/mobile data.
He insisted the "Premium Family Kit" is the Ultimate plan with these features and sent the purchase link with discount.
I objected that Premium does not support fully remote install (based on my research), but he confirmed it is the Ultimate.
After payment, another agent (Richard Fry) said physical installation on the target device is required, and no data uploaded to the dashboard after 72 hours as promised.
The service was completely misrepresented – no remote install, no working features.
Requested refund via ticket 9059762 and emails with full proofs of thier promises – refused, claiming it contradicts policy despite clear misrepresentation.
This is false advertising and misleading sales tactics. Escalated to chargeback via card issuer.
Avoid mSpy – agents lie to close sales, product doesn't deliver, no legitimate refunds.
