Had a few issues downloading the Microsoft office but MSS support dealt with these issues efficiently.

When I needed the helpline they got back to me in minutes (Josh and Steven) - even at the weekend - and gave me several lots of help until the problem was solved - can't thank them enough.

With a brand new computer I needed to put Office onto it, which I bought from MSSoftware back in January. They were super quick to respond and the email gave step by step instructions on how to do this. It was so easy and worked perfectly. Very happy.

I bought Office 2021 seven months ago and had a problem re-installing Office 2021 to a new PC after my old one died. My email to them was answered very quickly, even though it was a Saturday. The manual solution they gave fixed the issue straight away. saving me from having to buy another copy altogether great customer care and prompt service is why I have given 5 stars.

I made an error - ordering software without paying close attention to the relevant information provided (warning that it would only work with last 3 versions of Mac OS). When I contacted via the chat and provided my email, I received an email response very quickly on a Sunday afternoon. James was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator, resolving the problem for me by finding compatible software for my Mac. He patiently waited to hear from me, to make sure the replacement software worked on my laptop (which it does). I'm very impressed with the service provided and would certainly buy from MSSoftware again. Thank you, James!

Having bought a Microsoft Office package I then had problems downloading it from the link provided. After 3 attempts I contacted MSSoftware who suggested another MS Office product. This downloaded with no problems. MSSoftware were very quick responding to my emails and were very helpful.

Support staff resolved my issue completely, no fuss, no hassle all for no charge. Would happily recommend them to anyone.

Quick response to non-activation issue. Turned out to be complex but kept getting quick responses over several hours into evening until it was resolved. Turned out not their fault but to do with complexities of Microsoft online accounts.

Absolutely first class service, I am a IT virgin, it wasn't working for me, 1 email from them and it's sorted.
I expected the usual 7 day response time but within the hour I had my response/help.
