The instruction gives a URL to a .img file to create a virtual disc drive to download the software - a complicated process we had never encountered before. Worryingly the key provided did not work on Microsoft website. We will avoid this supplier.
So we bought from Amazon, at a higher cost (still discounted), and everything worked fine.

Great Product, easy to install, worked first time

Downloading software and got it installed etc all fine, then had a problem with my product key, which resulted in strange error messages. Used online chat, and got an email in response. James was brilliant, kept at it till he solved my problem. Was gentle when explaining things to me that I should/could have known, too. Really pleased. Product (MS Project) working beautifully.

Just bought MS Office from these guys for my Apple Mac and had a few issues, due to bad information from Microsoft.

I purchased MS Office for Mac and was impressed with the clear instructions on the website and with my purchase. I was up and running the application very easily.

Simple instructions helped me to sort out my issue and get the product working for me

I did have a small problem and the response was brilliant. I got an answer in a few minutes and was offered a full refund if that didn't work out. It did, and I have the product fully working.

You might be able to buy the same products from a shop in a different time zone and small print that says "no help and no refunds" - but why would you do that?

Awesome, I only ordered the wrong product and got a refund immediately and ordered the correct item.

I originally purchased Office Professional Plus 2016 but after having issues with my PC I had to repair it. Like a complete noobie I chose the online repair which repaired it alright! it repaired it to such an extent that it spat out my licence and would only let me continue to use office if i purchased another licence.
So I have now upgraded to office 2021 and once again used MSSoftware. Again as I expected it activated instantly and I am now using the suite. But.... beware of repairing the program in your future by using the 'online' facility and choose the offline repair instead. the loss of a licence to use software is a pain in the ass but not any fault of MSSoftware. Maybe they could put some sort of warning about the online repair screw up. But, apart from that, this is a trusted provider of a great service. I can recommend them to anyone who is looking for an alternative to that horrible software 'Office 365' which M/Soft keep pushing and seem to be tying into any perpetual licensed software you buy.

Office 2019
Once purchased the email contained clear instructions to remove any residual office applications and links to download the relevant application. A seperate mail contained the code.
No issues whatsoever.
Highly recommend.
