Over promising sales team :
Under delivering marketing team :
Less than 1 STAR!

Take money in advance before offering any results £2800 was taken from our business before anything would be started by teams .
I gave 30days notice less than two weeks in due to less than nursery school efforts, we were roughly refunded £300.

Expensive lesson to learn, do not pay upfront if they believe in themselves they would show results first and then you would happily pay at month end like normal businesses. I did think it was unusual and should have went with my gut feeling. But the promises from sales team convinced me otherwise.

Lots of time invested and money for zero return.

I worked with this company in my team at work - we commissioned them to build our website. While I wasn't the main contact for the build I was on all calls and watching comms. I feel like I need to say something aside from what my company would want public - firstly their team are great, but the promises of delivery and what was delivered was very far from that. The quality of the work that was delivered was sub standard on first launch, we did get there in the end but it was very painful. For a company that says they are top notch, they were sub notch - comms were great, but delivery and milestones constantly missed, so many issues, not enough testing their end, every single thing we spotted took days to fix. As a delivery company they felt very over stretched and stressed around the feedback on calls. We even had a director join the call, which to me personally felt like micro management and all he did was add business words. We now do not have faith to ask them to add features to what they delivered, which works - but the journey was painful. We have found a new partner now which will be taking over. SO overall, great people, not very good service.

I had a fantastic training session in Excel at MTC Training in Sunderland. Their trainer was really attentive and looked to help me with all of my constant confusions! Couldn't have asked for more

mtc. are a fantastic business to work with. From design through prototype and release our website is exactly what we wanted and more.

Every week we add more and more complexity and request new functionality which is never an issue and their replies are always perfect for non-technical people. I try, constantly, to catch them out with ever more obscure ideas - very few are ever an issue.

We approached MTC to build 4 new websites for us having seen the quality of their work for a similar client in the UK. Despite having very technical briefs as well as significant challenges with multiple sources of information through a variety of APIs that we wanted to integrate, the MTC team took it all in their stride and met each and every challenge head on. The quality of the finished product is matched only by the quality of the MTC team behind it and I can't recommend MTC highly enough to anyone looking for a new website. We are now on our 5th project with MTC within the space of 18 months and look forward to many more to come.
