The customer service agent was the worst, she did not answer any of my question. And she even refused to answer my call after many of tries. I was just asking for questions about Mountain High’s season pass and rentals. She is the worse agent I have ever seen in my life. She is did not even answer any of my questions, and she was frustrated and had no patience. I hope you can make a change on this situation, I am changing my views on Mountain High by the way they act.

First time visitors.
It was a great experience being able to learn to snowboard with Jonathan. He was a great instructor and was definitely able tot teach us the basics of snowboarding. The group and I had an incredible time and we can’t wait to go back and learn to shred some more. The bar area was a great place to wait around and rest for our next runs down the slopes.

Great day of skiing and easy to get to from LA !! The only thing is not very well marked when you do get there to pickup your lift tickets and rentals and such but once you find it everyone was nice and NO big lines there or at the lifts !!

Senior Stars program is awesome!
I am loving this program! Even if you have been skiing for years you can benefit from the included ski/snowboard clinics that are tailored to all levels. This is also a great way to make friends.
