I never received the product. No one replied to my many emails. I do not recommend this company.

If I could choose a negative star rating then I would. I didn't even want to put a one star but this was the minimum. Total sham - they take your money and don't deliver products! Like many others, I have received stickers but not the product that I ordered. I wish I had checked reviews first before giving them my money! They do not respond to emails. Stay away from them. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! I am putting in a dispute form with my credit card provider but don't like my chances of any refund. Spread the word...

Scam, have reported it to PayPal. Sent me a pack of f***ing stickers.

It's a scam, you can't contact them in any way. If you receive something, it will be just some stickers. I opened a controversy with PayPal and received my refund. It takes time, a month and a half in my case. Don't worry, you'll get your money back with PayPal!

Scammers! Should have read the reviews before buying. They became unresponsive and the item was never shipped. I am awaiting a resolution with Paypal, as are many other buyers from what I see.

Haven’t received my product. No one replies to my emails on Facebook, Instagram or on their website. So annoyed. Have lodged refund request with PayPal and it says they’re waiting for a response from mualicious.

DO NOT BUY this is a complete scam. You pay and receive nothing. I have opened a case with Paypal but haven't heard anything yet. All I received is a sheet of tiny stickers. The company will reply to the first emails and then they stop and do not reply to emails even though they have lots of different ones. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.

This is a scam. Received a sticker from China. They will respond to your questions and then block you when you reach out after purchase. The tracking link doesn't work. I have filed a chargeback on my credit card.

Received a packet of stickers instead of my ipl machine. Currently in a dispute over PayPal to try and get my money back.

I had ordered on 17sep 2020 with priority shipping which I would receive in one week. Received text on 21oct 2020 to pick parcel by local post. I did not accept the parcel as it was a mini packet, very soft, may be some hair net or stickers. Airway bill shows country of origin Solomon Islands. Review says Romania and Warehouse in USA. My tracking details shows China. I m confused. Total scam. I sent them many emails, but no reply. I wish I would have read the trustpilot website. I even replied to many comments and put reviews. Maybe all my comments will soon be deleted. I wonder thousands of good review, are they buying reviews. 🙀website looks so genuine. Hats off to Mualicious

I ordered the IPL on Sept 7th and haven't received it, I did receive some stickers and from the other reviews I guess that's what happened to my order. Complete scam!! I've emailed numerous times and heard nothing back. Wish I checked Trust Pilot before I ordered!! DO NOT ORDER from them!

As other customers who ordered IPL laser hair remover I also received the sticker envelope. I have emailed the company and received no response. I shall be reporting to Facebook and PayPal

It's definitely a scam company. Purchased IPL Laser Hair Removal Handset | Closing Down Sale on 7 September 2020 and received a little envelope with stickers with the same tracking number that they provided. They then subsequently deleted comments warning potential customers of the scam. I have reported this to both Facebook and PayPal as well.

It's a scam company. Purchased IPL product end of August 2020 and received a little envelope with a piece of card with pictures of flowers on it. They deleted comments warning potential customers of the scam so that Facebook can find nothing wrong with their advertising.

Before purchasing the IPL, I contacted the company and they were very quick to respond to my questions. I placed the order September 10 and over 3 weeks later, I still have not received my product. I contacted the company because the tracking number is not coming up and showing that it has been shipped. They are not responding. I’ve messaged several times and no response. Do not buy from this company!

Even I experienced the same. I’ve placed the order on 29th Sep 2020 from then I did not get any updates from the seller.

Got scammed. Ordered and IPL device and when the package finally arrived there was a pair of undereye masks and no IPL. Store won't respond. Won't refund.

Ordered on 28th August not received no response from the company through messenger or email

I paid for an IPL plus priority shipping on 3 Sep 2020. My queries on social media gets deleted and no reply via email. Others have also had issues with this company. Please don’t buy from them. It is a scam!
