Stay away! If you don’t want to go through process of
• no email confirmation
• no phone number to be in touch
• no delivery in time (waited for a week instead of promised delivery date)
• no customer service whatsoever
• no apologies and no explanation of why everything above is acceptable
• this order supposed to be a present for a special occasion and was never delivered
This is 5 customer service qualities:
listening, questioning, time management, patience, and learning. And this company failed every single one of them.
Shame on you! For taking money from customers and completely FAILING!

I received the most expensive hamper as a gift, all though it looked stunning, lot of the items had really short dates, chocolates were not very nice , ginger being the worst and biscuits tasted off. Personally I think it’s way over price and taste really cheap,I don’t normally leave bad reviews but for the price and think people should be warned the only thing I like so far are the chocolate dates and nuts. But personally will opt to make my own. The packaging was nice but that’s it.

Also excellent delivery and service. When part of item was not in stock Mubarak London contacted me to ask on alternatives to put in Birthday hamper. My sister in law loved her gift :-)

The team were very helpful in organising a tailor made gift box to send to the USA. Even went out and got me some Halal haribos as part of the package! Excellent service, friendly and quick response each time. My sister received her gift and loved all the items especially the baby clothes and it's quality. Will definitely be using again.

I wanted to create a bespoke box as a wedding gift and the process couldn't of been easier! Fast replies, excellent customer service and reasonable prices. I was a bit short for time but that was no issue; they were able to get the gift box here within the week! Thank you very much! I will definitely be buying from you again!

Wanted to give 4.5 stars because 2 of 3 jars that the sweets came in were broken at the top when we opened the box.
Other than that I received quality products.
The team responded to my emails promptly and were kind.
