Great customer service

Great customer service. I asked about trip recommendations based on my preferences and travel type (solo traveller) and I got great recommendations and all the necessary information in no time!

Company very quick to reply

Company very quick to reply to emails and gave me a call back very quickly when I left a message on the answer machine when they were too busy to answer immediately. Useful information provided pre booking, can't wait for my trip !

This company knows there stuff on remote trips

Whilst looking at the more well known companies I came across this company. A lot of investigating showed they were good and legit. Quick to answer questions. The web site was very good. The whole booking process was good with lots of detailed information on a remote trip. So far no complaints at all. Very fast at responding to questions. Price wise they are good too and offer the same service (better so far for me and I've used numerous previously) as the bigger companies.

Great customer service

Had quite a few questions before I was able to book but Luke was really responsive on the chat and got back to me straight away with some really helpful responses to reassure me that I could amend booking and drop off times and to confirm different things for me 😁
