Ordering was straightforward and delivery prompt. A small part had been broken in transit and, when I contacted them about this, Mud Daddy were very quick to respond and send a replacement. Excellent customer service.

I have an original mud daddy that I had broken the brush Huma at Mud Daddy has been amazing with her help as they dont make this model anymore she has managed to adapt a brush to fit mine that will be arriving tomorrow fantastic service i will be recommending this company to everyone they have got great range of products

I purchased a Mud Daddy a long time ago then added a power brush, which I did not use. Recently a few years later I remembered I had the power brush but I could not find or remember what came with it or what was needed to convert the Mud Daddy to the power brush. I contacted Mud Daddy and spoke to Huma who could not have been more helpful. After a couple of emails it was identified what I needed and advice given. The parts were put in the post and arrived promptly. This was just brilliant service by a Huma who gave outstanding service and I now have a fully functional working Power Mud Daddy. Great service. We absolutely love our mud daddy and it’s been invaluable for the last three years or so. Unfortunately the seal went a few weeks ago but the great news is that they sell replacement parts. Our order arrived very quickly and the best news for our dog is that he can be washed again!!

Easy to use, works really well

The drying coats are both high quality and low at the same time. It's the 3rd one I've had where the belly band has ripped off the thing, and had similar complaints from other clients (I'm a dog professional). The material is great, the stitching needs work.
It's not user error either, as I've had other brands of dry coat and this doesn't happen. Tired of the band tearing off like paper.
The velcro also loses its grip very quickly.

A must have for any dog walkers! We have the large unit as we have an extra large dog and it's brilliant. We also recently purchased the outdoor tap shower and it's great. Constantly recommending to friends and family!

The nozzle began to become spongy and I feared it would eventually break. The company replied to my query about this immediately and sent a replacement. Great service thank you!

Great bit of kit (owned for about 15 months).
Two niggles:-
The power brush continues to dribble for quite a while after being switched off, so we have to take steps to prevent it soaking the boot of the car after a walk/wash.
The pipe to the power brush is just too long/too short to fold away neatly so flops about unattached.

We’re always pleased with our Mud Daddy products. The electric brush will make using the mud daddy much easier. Works well - recommended

The items are sturdy and well made.
They have made cleaning my dog after a muddy walk a pleasent experience rather than a battle.

Ordered a product which was on back order. They emailed me to advise it would be delivered later than expected. The reason I am reviewing as the customer service was outstanding. I let them know that I could not wait and requested a full refund. Without any quibble this was actioned and I have received confirmation today. Cannot say fairer than that. Love great Customer Service!

Purchased my Mud daddy 3.5 years ago. Not for my horses or dogs but for me following a stroke. No downstairs bathroom and couldn't get upstairs ,so shower in the garden it was. Thankfully it was in the middle of a long hot summer, and I must say it worked a treat. As I no longer need it i use it on my 4 dogs and It works great on them to.
A couple of weeks ago it started to leak from the hose and the brush. I emailed the company to order a replacement hose as I couldn't find it on the website and they sent me a replacement hose and brush free of charge. Well if that's not excellent customer service, then I don't know what is. Can't fault them, absolutely brilliant company who really do care about their customers. Thank you Mud daddy, from one very happy customer and 4 very happy little dogs.

Excellent product so much easier than trying to wash muddy paws in sink the brush gets deeper in pads so no more mucky paw prints through my house if I,d realised how good this is I would have bought years ago also super fast delivery ordered one day it arrived the next

Was recommended this by a dog walking neighbour and it's brilliant. No more buckets and muddy towels just a clean dog and as a bonus clean boots and wellies too.

Been aware of Mud Daddy for ages but didn't think I needed one as I've got external warm showers at home and work for my long haired GSD girls. However the mud the past three years has been horrendous and my car and my colleagues' this year has been even worse. We invested in Mud Daddy and they've already made such a difference to the amount of car cleaning needed and help with wellies and car door seals
