We've had mud daddy products since the early days of the first pump action brushes and upgraded to power as and when older ones wore out.

Products have been great whilst they are working, however, when support required, service is not unto scratch.

We purchased a Power+ brush at the back end of December and it began failing to hold charge after about a month of use until finally refusing to charge at all after less than 2 months use.

Muddaddy do not make it easy to report issues and needed chasing multiple times to respond to emails. After receiving no response to emails, used the chat function. No response or acknowledgment in the chat session, but by some miracle we received response to the email.

I reported a dead power brush and they still wanted me to send video evidence of it not working. This is pretty daft as the unit could just be out of charge and therefore proves nothing.

They have finally agreed we can send the product back to them, with the caveat that they will replace the until when they get more back in stock which is not expected for approximately 3 weeks.

No offer to even send a pump action replacement to use in the meantime, and I also assume the warranty will still be running from the original purchase date.

This means we will effectively be without the product for at least a month.

In short, when the products work, they are fine. Just be aware if you need support it will be at best frustrating.

I purchased 2 the 12 litre pump as this wasn’t strong enough I got the 8 litre charged one thinking this would be better.
Sadly I’ve spent a lot of money for nothing. There is not enough power. Good idea but not for me. Also it’s better if your dog is short haired mine is a long haired border collie.

I have two spaniels—an energetic 3-year-old English Springer and an adorable 8-month-old Sprocker puppy—who both absolutely love to roll around in the mud after every rainstorm. I've tried various methods to prevent this messy behaviour, such as keeping them on a leash during walks or setting up barriers in the garden, but it always ends up being a stressful experience for both them and me.

Then I discovered the Mud Daddy, and it has truly changed my life! This portable washing station is incredibly easy to use and so convenient, especially after a muddy romp. It comes in various sizes to suit different needs, and I opted for the 8-litre model. This size is more than enough to rinse down both dogs thoroughly, helping me get rid of all the mud and dirt without a hassle. Now, bath time feels much less like a chore, and my spaniels can enjoy their playtime without me worrying about the clean-up afterwards!

The mud daddy products are great and work as well as you would expect. When we encountered a fault with some of the equipment, we were pleased that customer services were quick to respond and helped us out with replacement. This is why we’ll always buy from UK companies if at all possible.

Quick service and the mud daddy makes walking my dog through muddy woods far easier to deal with.

We wouldn’t be without this -piece of mind that AJ our chocolate Labrador can enjoy his walks abd if he gets in to trouble we have the mud daddy with us to clean him before we get home -so much easier and saves time when we get home

This product is absolutely amazing. It must be the best bit of dog kit I have bought. I use it every day in the winter on every walk. It is a game changer. My dog doesn't mind the water as it isn't cold. She just stands there while I get her from brown to yellow again! The brush attachment is great and I feel like it gives her a little massage too.

I absolutely love my Mud Mummy! I used to dread cleaning my two dogs after a muddy walk, but now, it's so much easier. My dogs don't run away from the hose anymore; in fact, they come to me! This is especially a win with my Akira, who typically hates cold water—unless it's a stream!
The power head is an excellent addition, paired with the Mud Mummy, cleaning my dogs has never been simpler. I actually feel like I get a better clean than when I used the cold water hose, and it means I don’t need to wash towels as often. Highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a stress-free and effective dog wash solution!

I quite like the mud Daddy but to be honest it is not as good as I had hoped. The squirt from the brush head is not enough (this is not due to not enough pressure as I had my husband prime the pump for me) I bought the 8ltr as I have a Springer Spaniel so realise I need plenty of water. If the brush head had two options like a home shower head where you could twist and have a better water flow that would help a lot. Spaniel fur is magnetic to mud and it is sticky with the Mud Daddy for a while before it starts to wash off.

Really pleased with Mud Daddy as was getting through a towel a day with muddy Labrador. Also excellent for cleaning walking boots before getting in the car. Definitely worth adding the power head. One star removed as no instructions as to what to do with extra cap, had to ask AI and watch YouTube video serval times to work out how to fit power head.

This is the 2nd mud daddy we have purchased. We had owned the first one for 5 years and the pump stopped pressurising the can. We considered purchasing a replacement accessory, however with the enhancements with the newer unit and the fact that we had had such good use of the original for so long, we felt that it would be the right time to invest in the new upgraded model. No complaints with the mud daddy and an excellent product for use on our two dogs.

Purchased My Mud daddy' a week ago power brush version Both my dogs come to have a wash without any worries it's very quiet. Easy to fill I have just ordered the green wash head as I think this will be softer for paws hopefully this helps with allergies from mud and summer seeds . Love it 🐕

Excellent product , bought 5litre shower , the brush had a fine crack , it was replaced within 5 days . Superb service . Enjoying using the shower

Today was my first day using the Mud Daddy power+.
Assembling was simple, filling was simple and transporting was simple.
I have a beautiful cocker spaniel who, especially during the winter months, gets his paws,legs and underbelly all wet and muddy. He is the perfect dirty candidate for using a Mud Daddy on and if it can clean him down then it's a winner for pretty much any other breed of dog.
The result is it worked a treat and will be used on my walks from now on. I even ended up using the Mud Daddy on three other walkers dogs whilst in the car park and giving them a demonstration and they stated they were now going to buy one.
It got rid the dirt and grit. After a towel down and into a towel coat by the time we were home he was dry and clean and ready for cuddles on the sofa. Very happy.

Mud Daddy has transformed walk times! Now I dont worry when my lab rolls in mud as she happily let's me gently wash her with the Mud Daddy. Its such a change from battles to get her in the bath or trying to wash her with cold water from the hosepipe! Both dog and human are much happier!

I have dealt with mud daddy on several occasions and couldn’t wish for better service, second to none. Everything you buy does exactly what it says on the tin, all is top quality. The staff are very knowledgeable, polite and friendly.

I have the 8L Mud Daddy with the power brush, it is fantastic. The pressure is great and its perfect after to take in the car after a muddy or sandy walk. I also purchased the outside tap hose - well this is a game changer!! Absolutely brilliant bit of kit, perfect for getting all the mud off my 3 spaniels and much easier to use than an actual hosepipe. The little shampoo bottle is genius! As for delivery, also brilliant, so quick!
