I ordered what was described as a luxury cashmere jumper and was sent a cotton spandex garment which is if no use to me. The company offered me a store discount off next purchase but would not send a discount code.
Wouldn't buy anything from them again.

I ordered and payed my item on 03/12/25 ,never had any info about it...i also payed extra for watching the progress of my package.
Still waiting for it and the answer to - at least 10 - my emails is always automated and the same:
"send us your address details"
It's a big scam!!! I asked for a refund and i get :
"send us your address details"...again and again!
But this is a robbery...they took money for something they never delivered to me!

Good morning, the problem I have is that your company doesn’t keep me updated on the progress of my order. I placed an order on the 29/12/2025 and have no idea when I will receive my purchase.

I ordered a Zara coat as advertised, but upon arrival the material was of very poor quality as thin as paper and it didn’t have any Zara label. It was also too big for my wife, so I emailed the company to ask for a return form and was offered to keep the product and a credit note instead but only for 15%. I declined and asked again to be sent the return label, I did this 5 times and kept getting offered a discount. I did not want to buy anything else due to its poor quality. I was then informed that it would cost me a lot to return the product not in my interest but I proceeded as I had spent £50. I find out the company is based in Netherlands but you have to return the product to Hong Kong. I did this tracked and the package was not accepted at the address provided, does it even exist?? Then the package got returned to me!!
I would never buy anything from this company they are false advertising and are using cheap labour, they are very dodgy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

Do not buy from this crowd of scammers! I have had the same result as someone else - a polyester shirt instead of one made of linen. I too wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The website looks convincing, but is a big rip-off. I am trying to get a refund but they are asking for photographs or a video of the shirt and they will see what they can do..... I've given one star as it's the only way to be able to write a review. So annoyed!

I ordered a sweater from this Company. When it arrived I tried it on and it was to big. I informed them I was returning it back to them. I sent it with Royal Mail tracking service. I am still waiting for my refund. They are ignoring all my emails. This has been going on for 5 weeks. Terrible company.

If I could give a minus figure I would. Shocking and BIG SCAM. Nothing like description, wrong material, wrong size. Trying to get refund but only offering discount. You must be joking if you think I would put in another order with them. How the hell do these people get away with such deliberate deception.

I wish I had seen these reviews before hand. I'd paid about SGD$70 on their Doorbell Camera and 3 months later, they are still sending the same tracking log with the product still in transit in China. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

This company is absolutely appalling. Do not touch with a bargepole. I ordered a fleece which is too big and emailed to request a refund. All I get are repetitive replies (probably written by a bot) requesting photos so that their ‘review team’ can assess and deal with my complaint. This company is an absolute scam, sending inferior goods from China and needs to be closed down

10 weeks, 2 days and I still don’t have the sweater I ordered and paid for on 10/10/25. Now they are simply ignoring my complaint texts.

I ordered two pairs of Muller Moode pants. They wrote that the goods would be delivered within a few days. I was disappointed when, after three weeks, I had not received the goods, an email, or even a payment confirmation. I thought I had lost my money. When the goods finally arrived, I was very disappointed because they were of very poor quality and the sizes did not match what I ordered at all. The goods were completely unwearable. It was immediately clear that the goods were from China. I ordered the goods because I thought the brand was German, and since the price was higher, I expected high quality.
When I wanted to return the goods, I had to pay the shipping costs to Hong Kong out of my own pocket. So, in short: I lost my money.

I definetly dont recommend this company. Save your money and go shop somewhere else.

I ordered a 'linen' shirt and eventually received a '100% polyester' piece of junk. Instead of a refund, they offered me a discount of 15% of the price of the item, off my next purchase from them. Needless to say, I wouldn't order anything from this crowd of dishonest scammers again. Unfortunately I hadn't read all the negative reviews before I ordered. Valuable lesson learned.
Avoid this operation like the plague unless you want to throw your money away.
Again, if I had the option, I wouldn't even give them one star!

I ordered a medium but it actually is xxl. The company are only offering a small discount on another item and not a refund despite 5 emails asking for a return address.
I do not want to order from them again nor do i want the item.

Same story others have reported, advertise high quality product, send piece of garbage made of inferior materials, "European" presence vanishes and you are left dealing with scammers in China who will not give you a refund.

All "customer service" emails are automated designed to waste time / get you to give up.

Only way to get refund is charge back via your bank.

Positive reviews on here are fake and TrustPilot should take them down and purge the accounts used to create them.

Do not buy from this company. The products are cheap and shipped from a sweat shop in China. I bought a pair of orthopaedic slippers which were the wrong size. Customer care refused to refund or replace the shoes. Ironically they offer a discount if you buy something else. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered a trench coat on Nov 29th..and no date for delivery despite numerous emails to no avail. This company are disgraceful ...they repeatedly send emails requesting address, despite same sent to the company at least twice. Simly do not use them....

Absolutely appoling experience. Unfortunately it's total scam. Do not buy anything from them!!!. Cashmere jumper turn to be 100% polyester and too small for the size, looking different from what on a picture. Impossible to get any sense from them - just generic replies. Do not purchase items from this company. The jumpers I received were of a very poor quality and certainly not as described. The Shirts have not arrived and I have requested the order to be cancelled and the cost of the shirts to be refunded.

First Order (FR2#10738): Ordered slippers. Received a women's product of terrible quality, not as described.

The "Return" Scam: They never provide a return form. Instead, they engage in weeks of emails, only offering increasing store credit to frustrate you into giving up on a cash refund.

Second Order (FR2#14252): I used the 70% store credit on linen pants. They never shipped it. After two weeks, they asked for my address as a delay tactic—even though they had delivered the first order to the same hotel without a postal code.

Final Outcome: After providing the address, they gave more vague promises ("forwarded to shipping team"). Six days later, still no tracking number. They have no intention of shipping.

Conclusion: This company operates in bad faith. They sell poor products, scam the return process, and will take your money (or credit) and not deliver. Avoid at all costs.
