10 weeks
10 weeks, 2 days and I still don’t have the sweater I ordered and paid for on 10/10/25. Now they are simply ignoring my complaint texts.

I ordered two pairs of Muller Moode pants. They wrote that the goods would be delivered within a few days. I was disappointed when, after three weeks, I had not received the goods, an email, or even a payment confirmation. I thought I had lost my money. When the goods finally arrived, I was very disappointed because they were of very poor quality and the sizes did not match what I ordered at all. The goods were completely unwearable. It was immediately clear that the goods were from China. I ordered the goods because I thought the brand was German, and since the price was higher, I expected high quality.
When I wanted to return the goods, I had to pay the shipping costs to Hong Kong out of my own pocket. So, in short: I lost my money.
I definetly dont recommend this company. Save your money and go shop somewhere else.
Daylight robbery.
I ordered a 'linen' shirt and eventually received a '100% polyester' piece of junk. Instead of a refund, they offered me a discount of 15% of the price of the item, off my next purchase from them. Needless to say, I wouldn't order anything from this crowd of dishonest scammers again. Unfortunately I hadn't read all the negative reviews before I ordered. Valuable lesson learned.
Avoid this operation like the plague unless you want to throw your money away.
Again, if I had the option, I wouldn't even give them one star!

I ordered a medium but it actually is xxl. The company are only offering a small discount on another item and not a refund despite 5 emails asking for a return address.
I do not want to order from them again nor do i want the item.

Same story others have reported, advertise high quality product, send piece of garbage made of inferior materials, "European" presence vanishes and you are left dealing with scammers in China who will not give you a refund.
All "customer service" emails are automated designed to waste time / get you to give up.
Only way to get refund is charge back via your bank.
Positive reviews on here are fake and TrustPilot should take them down and purge the accounts used to create them.

Do not buy from this company. The products are cheap and shipped from a sweat shop in China. I bought a pair of orthopaedic slippers which were the wrong size. Customer care refused to refund or replace the shoes. Ironically they offer a discount if you buy something else. Avoid at all cost.

Cashmere jumper turn to be 100% polyester and too small for the size, looking different from what on a picture. Impossible to get any sense from them - just generic replies. Very Poor quality and delivery
Do not purchase items from this company. The jumpers I received were of a very poor quality and certainly not as described. The Shirts have not arrived and I have requested the order to be cancelled and the cost of the shirts to be refunded.
Wrong Item, Fake Returns, Then Stole My Store Credit
First Order (FR2#10738): Ordered slippers. Received a women's product of terrible quality, not as described.
The "Return" Scam: They never provide a return form. Instead, they engage in weeks of emails, only offering increasing store credit to frustrate you into giving up on a cash refund.
Second Order (FR2#14252): I used the 70% store credit on linen pants. They never shipped it. After two weeks, they asked for my address as a delay tactic—even though they had delivered the first order to the same hotel without a postal code.
Final Outcome: After providing the address, they gave more vague promises ("forwarded to shipping team"). Six days later, still no tracking number. They have no intention of shipping.
Conclusion: This company operates in bad faith. They sell poor products, scam the return process, and will take your money (or credit) and not deliver. Avoid at all costs.

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. As with a previous customer, I received a sweater which was not a large as ordered and it had no origin, source or fibre and care label. I have been communicating since 17 Nov and still haven’t had a refund. I have been offered credit against future purchases from 25% and latest was 65%. I hive written in German tried to call number on web page….nothing. Any ideas as to how to get refund?

The jumper I ordered took 2 weeks to arrive and is too small. The company is refusing to exchange for a larger size and is only offering a small discount on a future purchase, despite the website saying refund and returns for anybody reason.

I ordered from this company a leather jacket item. What I got from this company, the shittiest quality of a coat, not made of leaether. When I made the reclamation, they only wrote, I will have 15% discountnfrom another items, i would like to buy..I am afraid, if i wanna buy any other stuffs, mqybe a T- shirt, I will get a nylon underwear, hole near to my ass...so mainly, if anybody has a wish to buy from them, forget that, and try some responsiblefull company..they are big cheaters...
Poor quality and poor service!
Payment was taken from my account without proof of order or a receipt being sent. Having contacted customer service, I eventually received an email with order tracking. When item arrived, it was not the same as pictured on the website and definitely not the quality you would expect of a dress costing EUR 260! Fabric is very filmsy, and colour washed out. I wrote to request a return label and refund. Was asked to prove my complaint by sending photos, Was then offered a 15% store credit and keep the dress. Have replied to request a full refund. Am now being ignored despite multiple follow ups!
