Ordered a €50 item on October 7th. I haven't received the parcel, nor have I received the tracking link, and I haven't heard from them after sending a few emails. I tried the tracking feature on their website, and it says the item hasn't been shipped yet.

I bought a garment that was advertised as luxury cashmere. It referred to luxury cashmere many times in the product description. The garment arrived didn't look cashmere at all so I checked the label. It was a cotton blend with 0% cashmere. I wrote to complain about this and they simply wrote back saying that the garment I purchased was the right one. They didn't reference the point of the complaint. Don't use this website. They are selling poor quality items and advertising them as luxury

I purchased a pair of military grade boots (ha ha) not fit for purpose, put them on pulled laces up one of the lace eyes broke off, asked for refund,not a chance blocking every time offering % off next purchase, I won't be purchasing anything from these cowboys, and to top it all they want me to return boots at my cost, I think not, and as for the phone number for them, good luck with that you can't get through!!@

Only giving 1 star because there is no zero. I regret not coming here before purchasing not 1 but 2 dresses with the cheapest quality i have ever seen.. don’t waste it’s a scan the clothes are from china

Problem returning an item not suitable. Company not interested in assisting how to return item. Advertise "Money Back Guarantee"

This Company are a scam. Avoid. Have lost my money after product was nothing like, as advertised.

Fell for a scam website... paid way too much for this cheap Halloween mask that you can get for $13 on Temu (and it's exactly the same advertised images... my bad for not actually researching this and falling for the scam).
Pretty sure these "-mode" and similar looking websites are scams since it appears there are a few similar ones. Products all come from China (and the advertised "two days to process and four day delivery" is not true).
Just avoid shopping here.

Poor quality. Bought a Halloween mask from them and it doesn’t look anything close to the mask advertised. Based out of China, not Netherlands. Steer clear of this scam company.

Terrible company. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. The clothing quality is terrible. It says refunds available and money back guarantee but there’s just an auto response when you ask for a return. They don’t give you the return address and make impossible to do a return or a refund. I’m so disappointed. Honestly, don’t buy from them. I buy online all the time and this is a big don’t!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Payment taken, order not acknowledged, no order number provided. An exchange of 10 or so emails proved fruitless even having provided them with a screenshot of the bank transaction. They refer to me by an incorrect name, they do not address any points raised in emails, they respond with a generic email!

I would give them zero stars if possible! First off their site is deceptive, there are not in the Netherlands, they are in China! They say your order will be processed in two days and at the latest of four day delivery to your home. It takes seven days for them to get it to China’s port to even leave China! There is no mention on their side that it is coming from China! I would not only not recommend this company for the deceptive behavior, but I’m seriously thinking of her reporting it

The item I received was a cheap knock-off of the pictured item. Chinese company pretending to be European. Avoid!

The product was a good price and arrived well packaged and in good shape.
It was very easy to order but less easy to track the package.

I ordered two items from this company who pose as being from the Netherlands - NO its from China and the products are appauling, when received in quality, colour and bare no resemblance to the original photos provided when you order.

I had to chase delivery constantly and it was weeks before I received them. So dissapointing, absolute rubbish quality need to go in the nearest bin and £70 down the drain. I have sent a direct complaint and requested a full refund. No surprises, heard nothing. DO NOT purchase from this company you will be bitterly dissapointed.

Cheap quality from a Chinese shop, please don't let their website fool you!!! Very thin fabric, some items don't even look the same as the picture and aren't even the right size!!

Seems like a scam to me. Parcel hasn't been delivered. Unable to provide feedback regarding the orders currently location. I would steer clear of this "company".

I sent for boots . They sent back for details of address. They wanted a number but there is no number only a name on my house. I live in the country so no number but a post code. Nobody had any trouble delivering. Kept sending for address. I said cancel! They can’t do that! But no tracking and silence . No tracking! Money gone out of acc! Would not buy from this site if I could undo this order
