Excellent experience

The experience was excellent, the Rep,(sorry cant remember his name)was very good explained everything very clearly. Finance, insurance,delivery.all explained.The service given on the phone also excellent and helpful.The delivery of my scooter by Gary was very good ,informative and everything explained, a good company. My scooter is great thank you,and will give me much more freedom.

Bullimore chair delivery

Happy with with the company they kept in contact with me throughout from order to delivery, flexible with the delivery the drivers jack and Aaron were very helpful and informative. Gave me loads of information about my beautiful chair. I like the chair colour I choose and its so easy to operate thank you. X

I gave them top marks but when I…I love my chair but.

I gave them top marks but when I received the questionnaire afterwards I was not so sure. They left no instructions for me to refer to. They told me there is a battery in case of power failure but did not show me where it is nor.what Ido to replace it. No instructions for cleaning it nor that the top cushion has a zip to remove it. Perhaps these queries would be in an instruction manual if one had been provided.

The white glove delivery

The white glove delivery was on time and instructive. Jack and Aaron were courteous and friendly. The scooter’s display and features were explained and demonstrated with knowledge and ease. I now feel confident that I will love this product and can’t wait to use it! Thank you. ☺️

An excellent experience

We received very prompt attention after our initial enquiry. All the people we dealt with, either in person or on the phone, were friendly and helpful and paid attention to details. The two delivery men gave an excellent service and made sure that everything was explained clearly, before leaving us to enjoy our very comfortable new chair.

I understood everything that was…

I understood everything that was demonstrated very easy to take the battery out and fold it Down , And the Best part is how light it is to pick up , I think there should have been either a bag or fitted basket and a cover has when you reckon it up it’s very expensive piece of equipment , if I had to pay the vat you are talking nearly £5,000 that is A Ridiculous Price

So happy with my chair

So happy with my chair, the company followed all instructions and Ryan made sure I was fully happy with it and the other 2 men (sorry forgot names) all very good and completed quickly, very happy with my purchase
