The product is brilliant- been using for a while. I have mature, sensitive skin and found it perfect. I also like the fact it removed all my eye makeup and does not affect my sensitive eyes as well. Definitely recommend.

OBSESSED with this cleanser, I’ll recommend it to anyone that’ll listen. Have been using for a few years now and I love it. I have oily skin and so have historically struggled to find skincare that doesn’t fully dry me out or feel too heavy and sticky. 100/10 🩷

This cleanser is so deliciously fabulous it melts on my skin while massaging it in to get rid of the makeup also using the gua sha spoon I cannot wait for future products I cannot see me using any thing else for a long time . 💯% recommend.

Lovely product
Lovely product! I was a bit sceptical at the beginning but it truly is a nice cleanser. Do not expect any magical skin transformation, but since I started using this cleanser my skin feels happier and has an overall clearer look.

Best cleanser ever but thumbs down for new packaging
I love this cleanser so much, I have been using it twice daily since last summer and have never looked back.
I’m not into the new packaging though, it’s quite a garish tone of orange and doesn’t look as luxe as before. Subtle change but it does make a difference! Whilst my previous pots sat proudly on my bathroom shelf, the new one hides in my bathroom cabinet now.

Lovely product
I’ve been using it for months and I’m on a subscription. I noticed when I’d run out earlier than expected and had to use an alternate that my skin was dry and duller.
Back using the balm for a week and noticed a big difference in my skin already.

Skincare staple
The cleansing balm is a staple in my routine, I’ve ordered these on subscription so that I don’t have to worry about running out. It feels like I’m in a spa and so easy and effective to use, even after a night out.

Formula change? Disappointed
I’m on my third cleansing balm and really disappointed! I bought a new jar in the Black Friday sale and the formula seems to have changed with the new packaging :( I used to love how oily and nourishing it was and the light herbal/medicinal smell. Now it seems less oily and I need to stir it with my jade spoon to try and get it to melt and not just break into smaller lumps and I struggle to glide it on my skin. It also smells artificially sweet (strangely like love hearts sweets now) so I won’t finish the jar. Really sad!
