I purchased a jersey duvet cover in the online sale. On the first use, I noticed there were big open seams on both sides. Clearly they are selling returned or faulty items without disclosure. Never again!
I placed the order since Jan.26 and then it went to Open order, waiting for process since now. I've written few emails asking about the order status, only received one useless feedback. Now I wrote another email to ask for cancel the order and refund, so far no reply. If I read these comments in advance, I'll never buy from MUJI online. I used to like it a lot, but this time it's really too disappointed, I don't want to support MUJI anymore.
