We recently had our kitchen and bathroom fitted and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, the whole process was handled professionally.
The team were reliable, tidy, and kept us informed throughout and also took the time to listen to us.
The quality of the installation is great. Our kitchen looks modern and functional, and the bathroom feels like a completely new space.
Thank you Mulalley.

The fact they had to be taken to court for cladding works says it all.
Poor workmanship. Poor ethics. Poor company.
Unprofessional, disrespectful, incompetent
Trashed my house and showed no respect whatsoever for my home. Refused to use protective floor covering and dust sheets and covered my floor and kitchen table in mud.
Repeated the same survey as they were so incompetent they failed to record it. Turned up unannounced on several occasions. Failed to notify me when appointments/work was rescheduled, wasting my time and causing me to turn down work unnecessarily.
Even the phone number on the client liaison card is wrong with an extra digit. How hard!
Omg discusting workmanship.Having a bathroom refurb with redbridge council. They have made a massive hole in the wall to fit the bath in.
They have laid a floor with a rip thru the middle
And think they are coming back to tile without plastering my walls just simply filling all the massive holes.
I have a meeting with a site manager tomorrow and am not allowing the 2 clowns who have bodged my bathroom back in.
I have never seen so many bad reviews for a company .
Wish me luck 🙏
What a disrespectful and unprofessional company.
I am deeply disappointed that Richmond Council awarded this contract to a company with such a poor reputation. We own a property that shares a party wall and entrance with a council-owned house currently undergoing works by Mulalley.
For many months, including throughout the holidays and New Year period, we have been forced to live with a large scaffolding structure occupying our space. The workers on site have been consistently rude and dismissive, showing little to no respect for the shared entrance. Their behaviour and attitude have been entirely inappropriate.
I have tried repeatedly to resolve this issue by phone, email, and in person. Every attempt has been ignored. The lack of communication and accountability from Mulalley has been shocking.
One star is generous.
Destroyed a children’s playground to build on It luxury flats in St John’s way. What a lack of moral values.
I wish I could give 0 stars. If you are unlucky enough to have a certain site manage you will see they believe in hiring misogynists. The office based people continually lie to you about dates things will be happening and think you are dumb enough to be fobbed off. Their sub contractors that I spoke to all hate having interaction with mulalley. If you read the other reviews you will know to avoid this company completely.
I am writing as a leaseholder at The Mosaic where Mulalley was contracted. Although I did not choose Mulalley directly, I ended up paying for the works and suffered the consequences of their poor conduct.
Mulalley promised clear and timely notification for the balcony works, as advertised in their pre-start communications. Instead, their team showed up without a scheduled appointment, entered my property without proper notice, and removed my carefully arranged possessions from the balcony. Not only did this cause unnecessary disruption, but it also left me dealing with the consequences of their unprofessional, haphazard approach.
What is even more troubling is Mulalley’s misleading use of the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) branding. They repeatedly referenced CCS in their communications—and even displayed signage—to create the impression that high standards and accountability were in place. However, the project was never registered with CCS, which casts serious doubt on their commitment to the standards they promote. Despite my complaints and efforts to get answers, Mulalley’s response was dismissive and unsatisfactory.
I cannot recommend Mulalley to anyone. Their deceptive marketing practices and unprofessional management have not only undermined trust but also burdened leaseholders like myself with avoidable costs and distress.
I am based in Greenwich and Mulalley promised me that their staff were dbs checked and that I had nothing to worry about. I moved out of my property while they were renovating my chicken and bathroom on behalf of Greenwich council. I was robbed by their workers, my stock of drinks worth almost £1000 were stolen, two of my watches were stolen, they didn't even spared my piggy bank, they stole my money too. Nobody from Mulalley ever contacted me to enquire nor gave me any apologies whatsoever, also the curtain at my property has been left undone. Wow what a joke of a company hey, I should launch a massive lawsuit against them
Terrible company.
Our house has unfortunately been chosen to have roofing construction done. The noise due to the work is inevitable, but they are working every day from Monday to Sunday when I am pretty sure its against the local council law to do that. When I raised it to the manager, she completely ignored me. Poor communication and I have to keep chasing them up to find information about the works. Not only that, they have left the next door neighbours front garden absolutely spotless, but is using our like a tip, leaving their crisp and cigarette packets all over the ground, treating our house like its a bin. So disgusting and disrespectful. Cannot wait for these works to be over.
We had a new complete kitchen installation tiling decorating etc
From start to finish they are a complete joke only skilled tradesman was the plumber and even he left 2 leaks .damaged the panels trying to fit them , damaged the brand new oven ,and sent a guy to paint the ceiling with a sponge never ever use them
Mulalley were recently contracted by my housing association for planned renovation works on my kitchen and bathroom. I must admit after reading on-line reviews I was already extremely anxious, even more so when it came to choosing the new worktops/cupboards etc without being offered a visual representation of the possible outcomes.
However, I needn't have worried! Mandy, my liaison officer, was extremely helpful and on-hand via Whats app/text or phone to answer any queries/problems/worries I might have (I had many!) and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met by communicating between me and the contractors when necessary.
Regarding the contractors - they were genuinely absolutely brilliant! Andre and his team were complete professionals, who worked meticulously to ensure the work was completed to a high standard. The electricians performed miracles to ensure trunking was kept to a minimum or kept discrete, workmen were courteous and organised and all rubbish was collected the same afternoon.
All works were completed within the specified time frame and the result is outstanding!
I never thought i'd say it, but I am genuinely super impressed with my experience with Mulalley and would recommend them to all social housing providers.
This company are terrible.
We are leaseholder buyers in a council block and so have no say in who carries out the work.
We have been treated like we are the scum of the earth.
We’ve had tiles missing off the roof for two years and have terrible mould in our walls because of it. The council is getting sued by several residents who all own their flats.
They have had the scaffolding up to do the roof for two months and have made no attempt to fix the tiles yet as they are replacing the whole roof so have just left it.
We were told our windows would be fitted in July. Now they want to fit them the week before Christmas. When we told them this wasn’t acceptable they told us it would happen anyway. Bunmi has been incredibly rude throughout. She demands we do as she says and gets very aggravated when you explain you work full time and can’t just stay home at a moments notice.
They ignore emails explaining why I won’t be home and just turn up anyway. Who can just randomly take days off at such short notice? Why not do all the jobs in each flat at the same time?
Instead of doing multiple windows each day they have one or two very small teams doing a flat each per day. The noise has been dreadful for weeks now and they’re nowhere near finished.
Instead of hoisting the windows from the outside using the scaffolding in our block they are carrying them up the stairs internally into each flat.
The block opposite which is identical to ours has a hoist. It makes no sense.
It’s disgusting.
Avoid this company at all costs.
They have the worst customer service I’ve ever known.
I'm not sure if they're trolling me or just backward. They have ignored emails and texts from me multiple times in row. I keep receiving letters from them telling me they are coming here on a certain date. Every single time I have told them why I will not be available and explained why their coming here would be completely pointless. Once they even replied saying OK and thank you.
Then they came here anyway. This is still going on. Are they mentally deficient or something? Can they not read? Or are they playing some kind of game with me?
This company is doing major works to my block of flats. I have had 4 separate leaks since they started their works. Complained and wanted someone else to manage my situation with the leaks and that person was just as useless as the first. Lack of communication, says things are fixed when they clearly aren’t. Workers are negligent, have poor standards and clearly don’t care. I’m currently mopping up water from a leak that has now leaked for the 2nd time when I was told it was fixed. I cannot do anything as the council have signed an agreement with them. If I had it my way I’d refuse all further works.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. They are corrupt and find every which way not to pay for services provided.
Shoddy work, at best incorrect information given, very poor communication, total lack of regard for homes, property and especially vulnerability. Unreliable, careless, safety practises totally ignored, when there has been a response it totally conflicts other advice, operatives leaving a huge mess including leaving tools for 4 days including substances under COSHH for their own convenience. My father is now on day 11(business days) of a kitchen refurbishment-bear in mind there have only been x3 single base units fitted! At no point has the kitchen sheeted so mess and dust everywhere-in a tiny 1 bed property whilst an elderly resident with COPD and emphysema is within feet of the works. Terrible finish to paint with gloss applied over the mess previously created as clearly too much effort to sand or sweep and I have never seen quite so much paint on a floor. Mulalley’s and Royal Greenwich-get your act together and stop treating your residents with such utter contempt and total absence of consideration. Responding to concerns raised might be an idea too!
I have pictures and video evidential proof of all of this, actual proof not just someone making wild claims.
i have had no problems atall with this company i have 2 persistant contracters who have done a fablous job of my bathroom always making sure they do the best work they can would highly recommend them and would like them to do my kitchen next
Having lived with the "finished" modernisation of my kitchen and bathroom, I'm really unhappy. They ignore decisions made by occupational therapy/asset management, they cut corners at every opportunity and they don't care about the needs of disabled people. I have a constant flow of water coming from the overflow, can't open the only draw i have in the kitchen because it's blocked by the cooker due to them failing to make space behind the cooker, refused to put my occupational therapy rails back, put both shower hoses in unusable positions, failed to level wetroom/bathroom floor, instead of sealing the wetroom drain they just put a bath on top of it - they were supposed to address the issues of flies coming up from the shower drain but they just put the bath on top of it so the flies and smell are now coming from under the bath. They're rude and confrontational when you raise any issues.
Terrible company. No interest in remedial works for fire safety after years of back and forth with the Housing Association.
