It was very not transparent to use. I tried buying a pair of ethnic embroidered shoes and a pair of shoe decorations and the products shipped quickly to mulebuy with very low cost. However once it was stored at Mulebuy that’s when all the trouble started. First of all the UI to even ship it to me in my home country was very hidden and complicated and I had to then scroll past a list of shipping vendors who charged anywhere from $40 to $150 USD just to ship a pair of shoes and decor. I am so not kidding. And that was AFTER I messaged to ask why the tax fee was so high, I had chosen a route that had taxes that were literally $140 for a less than $15 pair of shoes. It turned out I had to choose a route that was “tax-free”.

Anyways- every time I messaged customer service they would take a whole day to get back. So by the time they figured out how to explain to me, and I asked them to return them and refund me, I was past the 5day return window and I had to be deducted 15 yuan. I was fine with that but then they returned the balance to my Mulebuy account for some reason and to withdraw the money you have to pay $1 USD per transaction.

See how ridiculous???

Good experience overall. The site is easy to use, ordering was smooth. Customer support replied quickly when I had a question or some problem. Would use again.

My first haul from Mulebuy arrived a few days ago and I’m honestly really impressed. I ordered a pair of glasses and the quality is absolutely amazing — they look and feel 1:1 compared to the original.
