Employees at this company do not answer questions when asked via chat. Even if you send an email and request a reply, they will not respond. This is a company that ignores the victims and protects the criminals. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Hope for 0 stars.

Stay away from Multacom
This hosting company Multacom does not respond to copyrights infringements.
My digital products was stolen by a customer from Multacom and after several attempts to contact abuse at multacom.com i noticed that they does not respond to such requests.
If a company is hosting domains with copyrighted material i do not recommend you to work with them. Stay away from them.
