Painfully slow speeds mean this isn't a solution for all people. You can ask Apple/Google for a "takeaway" via API download (then do the new sync yourself). I'm a fan of the product; just remember it's got a particular use case that's not for everyone. Paid Lifetime Subscriber.

works great and easy
Function and customer service
I subscribed the first time but it wasn't syncing properly so I emailed the company and they refunded me right away. I got refunded in less than 24 hours. I then talked with the refund department regarding the problem I had. It was concluded that they should have referred me to a support first. So I resubscribed after a while. I mainly wanted to transfer my files from Dropbox to Onedrive. I wanted to make sure that all the folders and the many subfolders would be transferred as that was a main problem I encountered when manually transferring a folder (the subfolders wouldn't go). They assured me that this wouldn't happen. So all the files did get transferred (about 600 GB). One drawback would be the dates. All file dates were changed to the date that it was transferred. I think that is very important and something that they can look to fix. Otherwise, great customer service and the transfer worked fine (except for the dates).
ok,no problem
I took a lifetime subscription as this…
I took a lifetime subscription as this is a fabulous idea. However in the years I have had the service it has never completed a backup. It keeps forgetting my onedrives and as for logging in that just gets harder and harder. I cant find help on the website. So over all a waste of a good idea and a long subscription. It would be so great if this just did what it says it does.

Losing date modified metadata during syncing from Dropbox to pCloud…
During syncing from Dropbox to Cloud all Files were changed to the date modified of the time of syncing. That metadata when a file was last edited is a great loss of information. Also there is no way to sync back changes as all files would count as newer versions and the wrong modification date would be transferred to the source.

The Multcloud traffic counter is bogus.
I tried to migrate away from Google Photos using Multcloud, but it failed, and Multcloud charged me for more than double the amount of data in the originating account.

Part 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 - Missing Logs and Fragile Systems
As promised I plan to be the missing link in the Multcloud publicity machine to let you know exactly what this software can and can’t do before you make the mistake of paying these people your hard-earned money.
Latest issues are that the software won’t transfer files with certain characters in the file name. Admittedly if you use emojis in your file names you are a divot but it should be stated that this is the case, as that way you could easily change the names before attempting the transfer instead of bug-testing their software for them.
I’ve been through more or less one file at a time and been below 1gb the software coughs blood at times. It seems to hate folders with many files, but also folders with one large file. IE this is basically not much use for media of any kind. Word files you might be ok.
Although the logs are confusing and you have to really drill down hard into the systems failings to see what’s going wrong and there’s not always a pattern. Seems to prefer it if you keep the window open while doing the transfer but won’t show you what it’s transferring which would help the users to but-fix a bit at their end.
Files which showed previously as successfully transferred now show again as not complete relative to the original.
This is on Apple iCloud transferring to Dropbox.
I’m now going to attempt GDrive as the target from Dropbox as iCloud is also terrible. That’s why I’m trying to move out of it, it’s just that the software I’ve spent money on to do the job won’t do it!
More soon!
Part 3
Google Drive and Dropbox:
Same crap different platform. It managed to transfer 4% of the files I alloted to it for transfer from Dropbox to google drive before it sputtered to a halt.
I want someone from Multcloud to sit there and monitor it and reset it every time it craps out. I’ve paid for an automated service but it needs constant attention. Some files are duplicated over ten times meanwhile for no reason. Why are they selling this product as an automated solution when it’s not capable of transferring less than 1% of the capacity of any of these cloud services without grinding to a halt.
Why should I sit there and constantly watch it recache the files knowing it will barely manage any of them.
More to follow. This is where to come for info about the reality of Multcloud. This is where to get the truth.
Part 4
Multiple files. I pay to have ten files transferring at once. Why can it only manage one? A lie plain and simple.
Part 5
Slowness
Currently in 112 minutes it’s managed to transfer a total of 1.1gb of data. The rate is roughly 37kbps but it seems to fluctuate. This transfer of a volume in order to back it up could take weeks at this rate. I’m looking at roughly 3000 hours. That’s for less than a quarter of my Dropbox capacity. Fraudulent product. Let’s put this company to sleep.
6. Support
Non-existent. Have emailed three times and no response. It’s the weekend granted but the first email was Friday. They should have been in touch by now if they want to back up the claims they make on their site about their capabilities. If they’re not available at weekends then making transfers at weekends is not sensible. That should be advertised.
Part 7
Sunday morning, no reply to my emails from support, it’s the weekend so not expecting much but an acknowledgment things are not quite right would be good.
15 hours into the latest attempt to transfer from Dropbox into Gdrive. Roughly 45GB processed so 10% of the total load which is 450gb or so. But oddly the transfer is showing as 19% complete. There could be legit reasons for this and the transfer is miraculously still proceeding so I won’t tempt fate by saying their progress meter is in fact just a rough guesstimate of what’s actually going on but it’s showing twice as much completion as has actually been completed which is weird.
More soon! Stay locked to this review as it’s the best source of information for what’s it’s really like to deal with Multcloud. If I hear from support today that would be a plus. Even if it’s just to say “sorry we falsified our product description and hid warnings and disclaimers about our service deep within our site.”

Same as other reviews
Same as other reviews. Can't complete a transfer. Contacted their support and their answer is to try again. Thanks I could not have thought of that myself! It just doesn't work and transfer completes. Waste of money.

Unreliable
It worked for a few weeks at first after I bought the life subscription. After that nothing worked anymore. Can't transfer anything. You can line up transfer tasks and all of them will be "Waiting" indefinitely. Do be careful if you are thinking about purchasing life subscription with Multcloud. I previously used CloudHQ and it worked well for a good 5 years until I switched over to Multcloud. CloudHQ is a bit expensive and has no life plan. I guess I might start using rclone from now on. The downside ofcourse is it uses your own up and download bandwidth. But at least rclone is actually transferring data, even if slowly. Multcloud is doing nothing.

Borderline scam
Its very unreliable, I suffered data loss and was only able to recover because Dropbox has backups.
Everything the other reviewers say about the support team wasting your time with fixes that won't work and trying different methods are true. Multcloud will probably reply to this review with some insincere offer to fix the problem.
What they won't do is give you your money back.
If you have any technical ability use Rclone. I resisted because it's command line based but in the end that's what I had to use so, it would have been quicker to just make the effort from the beginning.

The only thing..
the only thing what's working is the payment.
1. i created a task to transfer files from box to dropbox: failed, but lost 150gb data volume.
2. created a task again to tried it again and it failed again.. wow, over 300gb transferdata used, for nothing.
paypal case incoming. what a scam

Useless and no pro.
This service is completely useless. I bought a lifetime plan in 2021. Already then, it was not working. So I managed my clouds differently and I needed Multcloud to move a lot of files (which their tool allows). Except I only have failed spots. Again and again. It just doesn't work. When I contact the support, they tell me, not only that they cannot reimburse me, but they advise me above all to download all my files on a hard disk and upload them myself on another cloud. But it's precisely to avoid doing that that I paid for a lifetime plan. A word of advice friends, never give money to this company. They are totally useless.

Stay away! Only bug, malfunction, failed task. No support
Worst service in the world, full of bugs, malfunctions and is very slow (days and days waiting and then failed) with very few GB. Beware that it could make you lose all your data. Support wastes time and teases you to try again and try again or use another type of tasks. They don't want to fix anything but just push you to pay and that's it. They play dumb, they operate like scam.

It just does not work
Whilst this service seems like a great facility in practice it does not work. I signed up so I could move my Flickr to Google Photos. First I tried the cloud sync....did not work, task kept failing after partial completion.
Support suggested to break down to smaller tasks. I tried that grouping albums by letter and creating tasks. Didn't work, transfers failed and I ended up with multiple albums. Contacted support. Told to wait and try again, cloud quotas etc.
Requested refund, told not possible over 30 days etc.
Dangerously unreliable
I had a very straightforward need -- transfer about 20TB of data from DropBox to Google Drive. I got top account with Multcloud but despite that it was extremely slow. But speed aside, it started skipping files -- I would see them scroll by in their web interface but they never actually got transferred. I got inane responses from support always ending with "restart your task". The task that's been running for 20 days. This is costing me triple the money with two cloud providers and useless and dangerously unreliable Multcloud.
The worst customer support
The worst customer support. I just tried to move photos from one Google account to another. After multiple sync fails, I contacted support and asked for their help, but all I got were simple, basic answers. I wish I didn't use this app. Now I have moved photos partially, and I have no idea how to sort this out...
The idea is really great
The idea is really great. I was looking for a way to share Google Drive files with a password. This works fine. In fact, Multcloud seems to be the only service that can do so. I only have one complaint: It is not possible to use this service with a smartphone, only with a desktop computer. But most people use a smartphone. The problem is: If you open the shared files you will get tiny letters on your smartphone that are too small to read. The workaround is: You will first have to chose "open desktop version" in your phone browser. Then you can zoom the letters. So: A mobile version would be fantastic, then I will rate 5 stars.
