Avoid if you have large quantity of data

Doesn't work if you have large quantity of files. Transfer rates are around 1MB/s! Eventually it crawls to a stop.
Terrible customer service. After submitting 2 requests for refund, still haven't heard anything.
Looks like a scam.

LOVE this service!

I'm actually astonished at the negative reviews of MultCloud, because my experience has been extremely positive.

I use a TON of cloud storage, with probably 20 different providers/accounts. MultCloud's ability to transfer between them, to move or to sync folders, to access them through Webdav or FTP if necessary, is a life saver for people who move alot of files.

The speed is sometimes good, sometimes not so good, but in every case it is faster than downloading data from one drive and uploading it to another.

Moreover, it's a good value. I bought a lifetime subscription, and have moved over 11 terabytes of data through MultCloud, with rarely a problem. And when there has been a problem, their customer support has always responded very quickly, often within the hour (depending on time zones.)

In short, MultCloud does a great job at what it is supposed to do, and I highly recommend it.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. It does not work at all and the customer support doesn't respond. Avoid at all costs.

I did email them several times at support @ multcloud.com and they did not even acknowledge receipt of the emails.

Worst company ever.

Scam company - there is no privacy policy

They send my information to another organization
And yesterday there was a hacker from Germany talking to me from my account!!

They don't have a privacy policy

First of all, thanks for your support to MultCloud, but there must be some misunderstanding. MultCloud will never give user information to any other organization.

When you try to visit one of your cloud drive accounts via MultCloud, a connection will be built up automatically between the two servers: MultCloud and the cloud drive you request. MultCloud only works as a channel. And all the files and data that you visited via MultCloud will not be saved on our server and they are still kept in their original cloud drives. Thus, there is no need for you to worry about the privacy and security of your data.

Caution!

I set up a simple sync of a folder between Dropbox and OneDrive to test the service, on a free plan limited to 5GB a month. On the plus side, I like the interface and the set-up was very easy. HOWEVER, even though the folder was only 1.7GB, they kept insisting that I had used up the full 5GB and cut off any further syncing until the next month. This left me with the feeling that if I had had a paid plan with capped monthly transfers, they would have pulled a similar bad faith stunt and short-changed me. Pay them at your own risk!

UPDATE - to reply to the useless response from Multcloud shown below: of course I tried Technical Support, that's who kept insisting I had used 5GB syncing a 1.7GB folder! Wasted enough time with these guys, trying the better-known alternatives instead (not going to name them, don't want to seem like I'm shilling for them)

They Will NOT Refund You

They State that if you are not satisfied within 30 days they will refund you but this is a LIE.
The service was not able to transfer my large amounts of data from google drive to dropbox, it just kept failing the transfer over and over again. Customer support was not able to solve the issue, and when I requested a refund they just keep ignoring me over and over again. Extremely frustrating as I paid for the unlimited lifetime account and now its basically of no use to me.
False advertising from a terrible company

I signed up and started a file transfer…

I signed up and started a file transfer from Dropbox to google. I gave Multicloud access to Dropbox and Google drive. I checked after a few minutes and 3% transfer was started. Later I tried to login to check progress. Couldn't log in. The login link was blocked. Tried resetting password. Followed instructions and it looked like everything would be OK but then could not submit password change. The submit button was blocked. Never going to trust someone with my data if I can't login to their system anytime I want.

Update - You have finally got in touch with me and I am being refunded for your abysmal service but its has taken numerous emails, etc. My review will stand - DO NOT BUY _ NO SUPPORT _ NOT A GOOD SYSTEM.
Paid £100 for a year 2 days ago. I can't login, can't even change my password emails don't arrive, they advertise 24/365 support well that's a joke. So I am stuck with a product that I can't use, the company don't respond and I can't get anything done. They say send screenshots.....what can a screen shot do when all it says is logging in. Plus they have raised a ticket for me that I cant even add notes to. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Multcloud mess up your data

Multcloud mess up your data. I bought a license to migrate from Onedrive to Google Photo. After several trial I gave up. The transfer stops about half way and you have no clue of what has been transferred and not. Error message is not understandable and the support cannot explain nor help. All photos transferred loose original time stamp and are uploaded with todays date. A complete mess.

I paid for the unlimited transfer. I didn't want to deal with moving files manually from my college account to my personal account. In the end, a bunch of files failed. To start with, the interface is so badly designed, that I can't even read why they fail, or even worse, read the full path and name file of the files that fail!
I contacted the technical support and they give me some cryptic reasons why these files fail: "MultCloud as a third-party tool can not export/transfer MIME google documents over 10MB. Please download them manually from Google Drive/Workspace then upload to other clouds."
This renders the service useless. I feel scammed, I would have never paid for this service if I would know it is not able to do the job. Now I'm stuck with this useless unlimited plan and I have to move my files manually.

For the files shared with me in google drive, the result is even worse but I do not dare to contact the support because I can imagine their answer: "Sorry, you have to move them manually".

If you plan to move between google drives, DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE!

Don't Use This Site For Transferring Of Files

the file transfer speed is extremely slow, its about 10-200 kbps. Then i brought the premium version, also in the premium version the speed is not going over 500kbps. what a wast of money and time. Don't use this site for file transfer, just download them with your bandwidth and upload them to a another cloud storage. it is faster then using multcloud.

This is the worst site I ever met.
I can even transfer files from mega to onedrive, it says there was an error and the other thing is even in the premium version the transfer speed is so low it takes 10-20 minutes to transfer a 500mb folder, then i download all the mega files myself and upload then to onedrive. doing it yourself is faster than using multcloud.

You said that you had an error when transferring files from mega to onedrive. What's the specific error? Different problems have different causes and different solutions.

Regarding the issue of transfer speed, a lot of factors should be taken into account, like the size of your files, the type of your files, the number of the files, the type of your clouds, the API restrictions of the cloud providers to third-party services like MultCloud, and so on. For example, if the big size folder you transferred has too many and too small files, then it would take much time to count these files. Actually, you can see the changes of the files number to measure the speed.

Seems a good idea but free version too slow

Seems a good idea but the free version is really slow (I tried to transfer a 650MB file from FTP to Google Drive). In the end I just downloaded & uploaded the file with my own Internet connection which completed while I was still waiting for the Multcloud job to creep along.

Great free service. Average paid service.

Great service as a free service. Was able to transfer 60GB of data. Beware, their bandwith (at least for free users) is around 2MB/s so you'd better start the tasks the day before you want them completed.
I woulnd't buy this as a paid service considerating their network speed. It's too slow.

Don't buy this software if you have…any meaningful transfer job to do, beyond just a few gigs of data

Don't buy this software if you have more than just a few gB to transfer.
I set this up to transfer at midnight last night. 12+ hours later and it's only transferred a puny 60gB (sic) of data. Admittedly, the first few hours of that was simply READING the list of incoming files. After that, the transfer is painfully slow - it says it's going at 4Mb/s but even that is an over-estimate, given the rate of files transferred. I spent over £100 on a service as I had a transfer to complete for my company but this has failed miserably on speed. I spent extra on the paid-for service as it was was described as quintuple speed - if this is the fast speed, I dread to think what the slower one is like.

Only if not sensitive info is sync

I was extremely happy about transferring and updating 2 different clouds. However, I noticed that there were some missing files and I realised that my PhD research was in the Drive bin. When checking the Delete time, it was when it was synching, so be careful. It is a really good tool but if handling sensitive info, double-check with other providers.
