Vinny was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find someone so committed to making the customer experience seamless and enjoyable. For instance I had an issue with my Ubiquiti devices not showing the UI Care, and Vinny went out of her way to reach out to Ubiquiti to assist with the request.
