We did send it by PostNL and you have received an track and trace code via email. When I check the track and trace code it says that PostNL havn't been able to process your package and it is still in transit.
Please be patiance for a couple of days. If you havn't received your package by the end of this week please contact us and we will start an investigation by PostNL.

Bought 2 bowie knifes on different occaisons,both were loose at the handle,and the tip was broken too,had to sharpen it myself....would love if u guys put more care into your products before putting a price tag on it!

They took my money for a order that they say its not confirmed and dont apear on their system (but i have the order number and the bank took my money) I made another order for same product because i didnt had then corfimation and now they say that they dont have this product, but the product its availble for sale. They took money for two orders and dont send nothing🤬🤬

Quick response, quick answers for broken item!
Camping Lamp arrived broken. Customer service sent a replacement glass for the lamp very quickly. I was very happy with the response and the quick answer. Everything was solved in less than a week.
I will certainly buy from them again!
