It took 6 weeks for my order to be …
It took 4 weeks for my order to be delivered although the item showed "in stock" on the website.
I've just read your response and frankly this is untruthful to put it mildly.
Time line of my order as follows:
02/06/2017 - Order place - confirmation received
08/06/2017 - I sent you an e-mail to check on the status of the delivery. Note contrary to your statement that you informed me immediately that you were experiencing a delay due to your supplier.
08/06/2017 - The same day you respond stating that you had a delay due to Easter. Nothing about issues with your supplier. Also state that you will dispatch the items the following day.
14/06/2017 - Following a further request for an update you not inform me that you have issues with your supplier. This is nearly 2 weeks after placing the order so hardly immediately.
Periodic updates requested by myself me with replies that you are awaiting response from the supplier.
13/07/2017 - Email sent stating that the items had been dispatched.
THIS IS ACTUALLY 6 WEEKS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER!
Rest assured that I have no intention to make use of your services in the future.
