Order 3 production a couple of weeks ago and they have not arrived, not even shipped. No response from E-mail and the phone number says not available and call back then says memory full. Got an awful suspicion this company is no more but still keeps taking peoples money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, IT'S A SCAM

Ordered 2 vinegar salt weed killer can’t see us getting it should have been here yesterday at the latest. Tried phoning they are not taking calls, tried the app can’t get on that they say they have a customer service tried email that just goes to their shop. It’s been apparently on its way since July 4 th tried the core code just goes to a shopify app that does not work either. Any idea how to get hold of this company it looks like they don’t want to be contacted. It seems we can’t ask for our money back for another two weeks from the 14 th July from our bank. Not happy I was recommended this company what’s going on?Its Impossible to get hold of them.

I placed my order on 26th June and received an email to say it’s on the way. Never received it, no answer to my emails. Going to try for a refund through PayPal 🤞

After purchasing weed killer for a 3rd time in on 8th June I expected delivery no later than 17th June. I paid my £49.65 and my parcel never arrived, no record of order number by delivery company multiple emails have been sent and tried calling at least 15 times not even a response I can only assume the company has gone bust, don't get caught like i did. Loyalty and customer care means nothing to multiware.

I have never received my purchase was supposed to get it yesterday and it still has not been delivered today

The product (ascetic white vinegar for weeds) works well and is environmentally friendly which is what most people. Also the delivery was quick and very well packages.

Fast delivery, ok price.
Could do with more info regarding percentage strength of the vinegar product to instruct my use of it.

Ordered 20l 4x5l tubs and only received 2! Contacted courier and they had also only received 2 boxes…. Tried ringing emailing and fb messaging multiple times but get no response, despite receiving multiple emails for me to leave a review!!! Clearly another company just out there to scam people, relevant authorities have been informed of how the company is selling goods but not fulfilling there duty after payments. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Your concentate of moss killer at 1:1 is far too weak and should be a standard 1:5 (l part concentrate to 5 parts water). This was not mentioned upon purchase. I have failed to get a response from you by phone or email. Please rectify

Arrived 5th in garage until, next spring

Arrived on time, not had time to apply, ( Storm Darragh, moss killer.) Will report when applied. 3rd December 2024.

The ordering was very easy delivery was very quick.I purchased the carpet cleaner and it has brought my carpets back to new.

No stars. It hasn’t been delivered!

First of all, I didn't expect a 5 litre container of carpet cleaner for such a low price. I followed the instructions
( which could be a bit larger by the way) to the letter and, the results were amazing.
We have two dogs with the only access to the garden is through our conservatory into our lounge. You can imagine what our grey carpet looks like after bad weather.
I've used my vax today with the solution and, the carpet has never been better. It was a shock to see how much dirt came out of the pile.
I shall definitely be ordering more, as and when I need it. You have a great product and,I'll be trying some of the others. Thank you.
