I'm still waiting on delivery
I'm still waiting on delivery, I know it will arrive in the coming days but on which day I do not know. I made the order on 29th October 2024, this is now the 5th of November 2024 and still no delivery. Why can you not give me a date for delivery, why just say it will be delivered in the coming days. Coming days could mean a month from now. I have sent you an email before and another earlier this morning but still have not had a firm day on when I can expect to take delivery. I was asked to give a review by Trust pilot and I have been totally honest. I have the reply to my first email and I have sent a reply back but as yet no answer. Still waiting on my delivery date.
Yeah, I know what your saying and yes I done all the tracking but yet you have my email address and yet you couldn't send me an email. Still waiting on delivery. I am not going to reply again, wasting my time.

If you also would simply check the tracking which was sent to you itd show you not only the exact date but also the time range of when it will be delivered. You never emailed us. As we said trustpilot is not a means of communication, our email is.
