Do not buy anything from this place, you will not see your product or your money back. It is a scam. They are stealing money. I order a dress, supposed to get it 10-25 days later. X3 months later no dress, no money back and I wrote an email to sales department. Do not exist ‘error’, several tries to contact without success.

It is a distrusful website that doesn’t refund your money if something isn’t on stock. The materials are very low in quality and are only imitating the pictures they post on their website. I regret trusting the website in the first place.

It is really fraud company.i order so many times.each time they send few and give me coupen.i use coupen and buy more.tgey again send few things and fir rest they send coupen.this time again my refund is due.and now all there sits are off my email is not reaching them.i think they ran away

Mumetaz is the worst scam ever; the quality is unbelievable bad, like cheap costume made of polyester or worst than that; you won't be able to make a return because you will receive the order after the deadline to make returns.

The dress I've ordered way of the picture I saw on the advertising. I got the dress that not worth even $1.00, it looks like a rag. I had not checked reviews before ordering. Shame on me. Oh, well. I've lost $33 and I'm not going to bother myself and/or waste my time with the returns. Ut looks like somewhere in China. They already telling not to return to manufacturer. From the review I just read it looks like already a disaster. I will throw it in the trash. Please everyone be careful ordering things from this company, because they just take nice pictures but deliver garbage. Don't waste your money. I learned my lesson.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES! The three items I ordered were much to small I wanted a refund $84.46 They wanted to give me $17. off the next item I bought I refused all this was 10/26/18. they also wanted me to give them proof that they didn't
fit So I poured myself into the tops and took pictures. When I emailed them they finally gave me an address to return the items I returned everything immediately paying $23.50 for postage. 6 months later this April 2019 I received the package back with yellow Chinese tag . I presume it was the wrong address that they gave me. Do not do business with these people. I would prefer giving the no stars or minus 10 stars

They are thiefs! My order never arrived and I asked for a refund 6 months ago and am still waiting. They said in the beginning that I have to be patient but lately they don´t even bother to answer.This can only be stopped by never ever buy anything from this so called company.

I actually received items, but quality was the worst I have ever seen, shower curtain comes to mind!
Wouldn’t even absorb anything , so couldn’t even use them as a tea towel!!
Finally after nearly an impossible task of getting details to send back, I packed them up and returned, after 4 months . Returned back to me! They are asking me to go through the same process again!! Not on your Nellie ...that is what they rely on, try to offer you a small fee to keep ... I would pay them to get them out of my face !!! Do not

Like many, I fell for the IG ads and decided to buy some fairly inexpensive beachwear. I spent just over $350 in August 2018. It took a while for the pieces to arrive but I was ok with that as they were coming from China. Once I received the clothes, the quality was so so bad, that there was no way I could wear them. I immediately started the return process and they tried to encourage me to keep the clothes and take advantage of a discount on my next purchase because the return process was more complicated than what was on the site. I opted to return the items. I was never going to buy from them again. I was told that it could not be sent via courier services like FedEx or UPS. I had to send via USPS. So I spent $70 and had it shipped to China. Now the address it was going to was the name of a woman - NOT A COMPANY!!! After weeks of no tracking news, I reached out to the company and said I had not received my discount. The tracking info had stopped in China but no confirmation that the package had arrived at its destination. They told me that someone would get back to me. But then silence. No email from them. A few weeks went by and I forgot about it. Then I remembered and got back in touch. Again, they said someone was dealing with it and they would get back to me. At this point, I put in diary reminders to help me to remember to send them an email. I wasn't going to give up. Fast forward to January 2019 and I have really lost my patience. I ratcheted up the tone of my emails and they informed me that a refund had been made but I could find no evidence of it in my bank account. I continued with the daily emails. I always received a reply that was super nice, as if that would 'calm'me down! Ha! I continued with the emails. I finally asked them for proof of the refund as I was considering legal action. They replied they were speaking with their finance office. A few days went by but I had a reminder in my diary to chase. I chased again the day before yesterday to remind them that I needed proof of the refund. They replied with a screengrab of the refund. It said the refund was made on Jan 10th. I checked my bank account and there was a deposit but not from Mumetaz in China but rather some unnamed account from the UK. This sounds dodgy to me. So I did finally get my refund and it pays to be persistent with them. More importantly, I wonder if their UK based company is legit. I am both a UK and US citizen so I may see if their business practices fall foul of any trading laws. It isn't that difficult to make decent quality clothes in China. It isn't difficult to offer basic good service to people. The effort it takes for them to dupe and undermine consumers as to the quality of the clothing must surely take more effort and will ultimately have an undermining and damning effect on the company. I feel as if consumers should be warned and in fact, Instagram should also be warned about their practices. BUYERS BEWARE. Oh and guess what - the clothes were returned to me just the other day as return to sender The woman I apparently sent the clothes to, doesn't exist!!!! Surprise, surprise. I got the address exactly right. FRAUDSTERS!!!!

Is it possible to take down their business/website? Bunch of liars. No order and no money. I got my lesson.

I am disappointed with this company.DO NOT BUY from them they are a rip off - I ordered three items one of which never arrived. I received one item- had to ask about the other two , the second one was delivered - nothing like described on the web site - inferior fabric definitely NOT cotton linen !!!! Nylon cheap fabric- the other one was a black t shirt fabric didnt look anything like the picture !!! I keep sending emails requesting refund only to be told it takes two to three weeks I have been waiting for 4 months NOW!

DON'T EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I received my order after almost 2 months of waiting. When I did, it was NOT AT ALL what I expected. The clothing was cheaply made, the colors were different, and the description was not what I got. An embroidered dress was actually a screen print. I took pictures of what I got, and compared them to the pictures on the website to show them the difference. It was maybe $25 worth of product, compared to the $125 I paid. A total RipOff.
I asked to return the entire order. They said I could, but it had to be via USPS. So I packed it all up. Took it to the Post Office, did the customs forms, cost about $25 to ship it back. A month went by with no word that they had received it to issue my refund, I looked at the tracking, it said that it had gone to China, been refused.. then sent back to the US, and now it was lost somewhere, it was never returned to me. I filed claims with the post office, and communicated with Mumetaz, multiple times, they keep saying to resend the package, and they will reimburse me. USPS says that this is something they do, have you send it, refuse it, and then if it makes it back to you, they will ask you to resend it at your cost, saying they will reimburse you. Also, unless you pay for tracking which is almost double the cost, you cannot file a reimbursement claim.

Fraud. Fraudulent. Fake. Do not shop on this website! Your order never arrives and your refund never comes. Have an excuse for everything but never deliver. Avoid at all costs!

Do not touch Mumetaz!!! It is fraud. When your order eventually arrives 4+ months later, the dresses are a polyester rip offs of the original photograph. Mumetaz are nothing short of scam artists. It looks like they are already rebranded looking for a new set of victims

My order has not arrived and I placed it weeks ago. The tracking number is fake. And Mumetaz has not responded my emails.

This was the worst experience ever! Avoid this company by any means!
You order something, it takes roughly 4 months to be delivered, and then you get something that you certainly did not order. I ordered 2 cotton / line dresses and got 2 polyester dresses that do not even look similar the ones I ordered..... simply awful.
The do not give the money back (only a tiny voucher for next time - but I will certainly never again order something with Mumtaz).
For me this is fraud......
