Hi Flor,
Thank you for your review. This is a food product that is freshly made without any preservatives .
If the product lasted longer, it would be quite worrying, in the same way you wouldn’t want your fruit or vegetables to last over a month without going bad.
We have to be compliant and adhere to the food safety standards, so unfortunately extending the shelf life of a food product isn’t something we can do as it would be unsafe.
you can freeze the sea moss gel in ice cubes to extend the expiration but if it is chilled in refrigerated the expiry date has to be adhered to.

I recently tried a mums moss drink, and I have to say, it’s an interesting experience!
The flavor was surprisingly good. I was a bit hesitant, expecting it to taste like the ocean, but it was actually well-balanced with a hint of natural sweetness. The blend of sea moss with fruits made it refreshing and palatable.

Highly recommend Mums Moss and love the inspirational story behind the brand. Total supporter. Only reason why i didnt give 5 stars this time is due to a discount code not working. Gels are easy to use and good choice of flavours. Love the juices too.

Package was delivered damaged
Package was delivered damaged . Contacted mums moss and received no correspondence back. I know accidents happen which it has in the past and was replaced,however this time nothing. I taken pictures of the package and the delivery company did also. Very disappointed I won’t be ordering again from mums moss.

Excellent Service
I unfortunately had a reason to complain about one of the products I had recieved namely the Strawberry Moss which when I opened the jar there were white spots over the top of the moss.
I raised it as an issue and without question and in just a few days a new jar was sent to me.
Thank you for your excellent customer service.
