The kindest customer service I have ever dealt with.
I had the pleasure of shopping at Mumzworld, and I must say, their customer service is exceptional. From the moment I reached out with a query, the team was incredibly helpful and supportive. They went above and beyond to assist me with my order, answering all my questions and ensuring everything was handled smoothly. My order was initially out of stock and was supposed to arrive on 7th March, but it surprisingly arrived on 1st March, which was a wonderful surprise on the first day of Ramadan. The attention and care I received from the customer service team truly made my day. They called me multiple times, even though they had already answered my questions and tried to resolve the situation. They followed up again after the order was delivered to make sure I was satisfied with both the delivery and the product. I’m really grateful to the entire team, and I’d like to specifically thank: Ayesha (عائشة) Maryam(مريم) Mena(منّة), and Mazen(مازن) for their outstanding help.This is my first time dealing with Mumzworld, and it won’t be the last 😊

No solutions to used/damaged item being delivered
I was sent a used and damaged item, and have just been getting generic “we’re working on it” responses. But are now being completely ignored after I sent yet another email to ask for an update. Very disappointed as I have only ever had a good experience with them before, but it seems customer service has declined. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Overall pathetic experience with Mumzworld
Delayed delivery without any intimation to me for the aptmil pdf formula for newborn. Call center timings are also very limited not approachable. Need more improvement in post sales service. Will never recommend to anyone to buy product from Mumzworld.
Both call center and people handling customers over email are not capable to understand customer queries.

Mumzworld stole QAR1122 from me!
Mumzworld cancelled 3 orders due to insufficient stock and then never gave me my money back. I have been chasing a rather large refund of QAR1122 for several weeks and each time I get the same empty promises.
I implore you to find your item elsewhere, don’t trust this company.
