Do Not Order From Them
This is my 2nd order trying this company. If you want Gerstaeker XXL canvasses in Spain, you must go through them. It takes about 2-3 weeks to even get your order shipped and my last order was sent with Dascher, and they never emailed or called, and said my address 'didn't exist' and then sent my order back to Germany, with no refund. It took WEEKS to get a refund. I live on one of the BIGGEST streets and well-known intersections of Barcelona. The zipcode and address were correct. 6 weeks after my order we were able to get a refund, that took another 2 weeks (8 weeks total). My 2nd order (I was forced to try again) was made 11 days ago and has not even left Germany yet and they just sent me a receipt of my purchase, made more than a week ago. It's faster to drive to Germany and pay HALF the cost for supplies. Their site is so awful, it triggers by credit cards as fraud. This never happens to us.
