Yes it's the right brand, size, quality. But it's not the same as in the picture. I want the wave pattern one but you send me the old model.

Mundo is such o a great shop that I would definitely buy from them again. Their customer service is top notch! Always answered any concerns I had in a timely manner. Prices are great and shipping to the US from Europe was unbelievably fast.

The chat function was working well, but the email reply took quite a long time sometimes. But overall I was happy with the customer service and shopping experience.

I returned an order early December as the website said the bodyboard bag I ordered held two boards - we could hardly fit one in. It was received back by Mundo Surf on the 14th December and its return was acknowledged via webchat. I was told a refund would be issued within 72 hours. It didn’t happen. I have since emailed twice, watsapp messaged, sent messenger via FB and spoked again via web chat to an agent who said ‘my mate issues the refunds’ When asked how long that would take he again said 48-72 hours. (I screen shot all conversations) To date I have not received a refund.
When the original order was placed I didn’t receive an email confirmation but thankfully took a screen shot of the details. Customer service is appalling. Order at your peril. I would certainly NOT recommend this company to anyone. Update~ refund received 28/12 ~ some 14 days after they received my order back. To date I have never received any communication via email of either the order, tracking, or any refund notification. I had to wait for my credit card statement to arrive to find out. Communication/customer service is dire.

The website indicated a 10 days delivery time for the skate but it took more than a month because they were out of stock. They always replied to my emails quickly. I’d buy again but I’d ask about their stock first.

I am giving 5 stars not because everything went smoothly but because of how Mundo-Surf handled the fact that it didn’t. My surfskate didn’t arrive when expected (not too surprising with covid/xmas) and the tracking link wasn’t working. I chatted with them on the website and they were immediately on to tracking the shipment. Got it the next day. The whole vibe made me feel like my order mattered and the board arrived perfectly packaged in time for Xmas.
