Worst customer experience ever…

Worst customer experience I have ever had in decades of ordering online. I ordered a board in March. Constant delays - I was told I would get the board in May and I got it in late October. I understand there can be delays due to covid but my main issue is that I was constantly told incorrect or plainly untrue information - like the board was being manufactured when it had not started, the board would be ready in another week when it would take several more months, the board is finished when it was not, the board is in shipping when it was not, being told they had no shipping tracking number etc. After they would tell me i would get it next week it would always move out a week. I had probably 40 emails back and forth over the space of 7 months with them feeding me incorrect information, and all the while they had my full payment. Constant frustration. Given what I have seen of other responses here I expect a defensive reply rather than any admission they could do better. That lack of willingness to see the issue is what will ensure others have the same experience.

We are really sorry for all the delay. The factory closed right after you placed your order, for about 2-3 month. After that, we see a very hight demand for surfboards, and the factory was not able to meet the demand in time.

never received

ordered june 4th, it’s june 30th and no shipping update, don’t think it’ll ever come
contacted them a few weeks back and they hastily told me to “just be patient,” this isn’t the first time i’ve ordered from EU to US so i don’t see as to why it would take this long

WORST EXEPRIENCE EVER

Very disappointed. Bought 2 surfboards. Slow delivery and on arrival 1 surfboard was broken. Because I did not check the right box with the delivery man they do not want to refund. LIARS. They claim to give your money back without questions asked. VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE: WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN.

We clearly indicate on the mail we send to inform that your parcel have been shipped, that, when receiving the parcel, you have to indicate any damage on the packaging to get covered by the insurance. Otherwise, it s impossible to know if the damage have been done by the carrier or not.

Such a shame they're so lame

Such a shame they're so lame! I ordered a board sock for a trip. A week passed with no shipping info or contact. I then emailed and whatsapp'd, no response. The next day I phoned, no response. A day after this I call on whatsapp, no one picks up. Then I receive a whatsapp message saying they do not have the item in stock... 11 days after I made the order! I am about to go on a trip and specifically ordered it for the trip. What a joke. Yes mistakes happen from time to time but this is just lame. Then when I asked for a refund they gave me the cold shoulder, did not respond and ignored my messages. Thankfully I paid with paypal who refunded me.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and have still…

I ordered 2 weeks ago and have still not received my order. They have promised delivery the day after twice but not shown up. Now they have stopped responding.
The item I bought were shown as in stock on the website and with 2 days delivery time. Then they contacted me after 3-4 days and said that the items wasn't in stock. They offered me another much more expensive product (no discount offered which would have been normal when they sell something as in stock when they don't have in stock). I paid the extra difference but haven't had any delivery yet. They are telling me they have shipped the item but they can't give any tracking number or tell me where it is. They told me it was shipped on Monday and was going to be delivered on Tuesday. Nothing arrived, then it was going to be delivered Wednesday, nothing arrived. Then they stopped answering and are not giving any info. I see on the reviews here that this has happened to more customers. I wish I had read here before I bought.
