I’d rate a 0 if I could. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous and very slow to respond.
Size guides are inaccurate.
I received multiple items that were soiled or had holes in them and they try and accuse me of cutting and staining the clothes. I wanted these clothes, why would I cut them?
Their returns process is convoluted and I was debited a significant amount of money for an instant exchange and didn’t receive an instant exchange.
So as it stands I’ve completed a return 5 days ago, received no return label, I have had money debited from my account for an instant exchange I did not receive and they are refusing to refund.
And I’m left with damaged/soiled clothes and financial loss.
Avoid this business at all costs, THE WORST customer service I have ever experience in my life and the quality of their material has gone down hill.
I spent $1000 on clothing and they took another $450 for a failed instant exchange.
I will never buy from them again and will be taking this further.

At no stage have you been accused of cutting or intentionally damaging any items. Our request for images of packaging and garment bags is a standard step in our quality assessment process so we can properly investigate reported faults.
In relation to your Instant Exchange, the $450.37 referenced was an authorisation hold placed by your bank at the time of processing. This is not a charge, and we can confirm this hold has been released and returned to your account in line with your bank’s processing timeframes.
We also want to reassure you that your return is being reviewed, however when items are flagged for investigation, a return label is only issued once the assessment process is complete so we can ensure the correct resolution is provided.

Actually some of the best trackies I own!!
This was my first purchase with Muscle Nation and it was an amazing experience. My order came so quickly after purchasing which is always a plus!! Unreal customer service too. The only reason I have made it 4 not 5 stars is because I was surprised by the sizing. I got a L and was expecting the waist band to be bigger due to being a unisex piece of clothing. They fit perfectly though so i’m happy!!!

Great brand but shrinking sizes...
Very good customer service and the quality is always great. I believe the sizing for shorts is getting smaller around the waist though and the issue is that because only the waist band is smaller I can't size up. Comparing my most recent shorts purchase they are a few cms tighter laying flat so unfortunately I can't wear them. I have worn both and needed to take them off within 5 minutes due to stomach pain as they are that tight. Some consistent sizing would be good with reviews on each item on what size the customer purchased and if they are true to size. I've had this issue now with the last 3 shorts I've bought so I will be looking elsewhere for gym shorts sadly because of the insanely tight waist band :(

We do size our products according to our standard sizing guide, however, comparing different styles or fabrics based solely on a flat lay measurement may not always provide an accurate representation of the fit. Each of our garment styles is individually designed and adjusted based on factors such as fabric composition, stretch, construction, waistband features, and the level of support the style is intended to provide. Because of this, measurements between different styles can vary while still maintaining the intended fit and function of each garment.

I honestly can’t recommend this enough! The flavour is amazing — creamy, just the right amount of sweetness, and no weird aftertaste at all. MN not just an activewear brand
MN It’s not only an activewear brand, they are an activewear lifestyle assistance machine. They pump out amazing snacks such as their protein cheesecakes, protein water and their new protein yoghurts. Not to mention the OG custard which is absolutely my favourite.
Honestly, cannot back this company enough, especially as an Australian base brand!!

With protein being increased, As a hospitality worker i tend to opt for protein water as sometimes markers just simply need to be hit.
Ive utilised some really bad protein powders in the past and was cringing on how beautifully labellled their new “Sour cola” one looked, Thought I was going to be tricked into a nasty fluid, but it honestly shocked me !
I wanted Pepsi to go with my lunch - First world problems of a bodybuilder. But needed a heavier protein hit, I tested out the sour cola flavour and much to my delight and shock it was actually drinkable and tasted exactly like a glass of sour cola! How the actual helly !!
Solid effort with this one team, It’s going straight in my basket for the rest of my life 😂

My go-to activewear brand lately. The quality of the pieces is top tier. Also, their Aura Peachy Invisible Scrunch leggings AND shorts are the best activewear bottoms I have ever purchased. The design looks great on every body and booty shape. I've purchased them now in most colours!

I am genuinely OBSESSED with the Aura Peachy Invisible Scrunch Ankle Leggings.
I bought them almost a year ago and they have become the most worn item in my wardrobe by far. I’m not even exaggerating when I say I wear them every single day — Pilates, errands, lounging, coffee runs, sometimes even work, literally everything!
The fit is INSANE. They’re so flattering, so comfortable, and somehow still make me feel put together even when I’m just throwing on activewear. I have tried so many leggings over the years and nothing compares to these ones.
They’re actually starting to show signs of wear and tear now purely because of how much I wear them, which honestly says a lot because I have absolutely put these leggings THROUGH IT 😆
I just wanted to send some appreciation because this is one of those products that genuinely lives up to the hype. You guys absolutely nailed them and I’ll 1000% be repurchasing.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Muscle Nation. The item I received arrived in a defective condition, which was not acceptable given it was meant to be brand new and quality checked.
When I raised the issue, the response was dismissive and they refused to take responsibility or offer credit for the faulty item. Despite providing details of the problem, there was no fair resolution offered.
As a result, the matter has now been escalated to NSW Fair Trading for review.
Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from Muscle Nation again and cannot recommend them to others who expect reliable products and proper customer service.

Your return was originally lodged through our returns portal as a “change of mind / sizing” return, and at no stage prior to returning the garment was the item reported to our team as faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Upon assessment by our Returns Team, the returned item was identified as having damage which rendered the garment unsuitable for resale. As the concern was only raised after the item had been returned, and no supporting images or evidence were able to be provided showing the garment in this condition upon delivery, we were unfortunately unable to verify that the damage was present at the time the item was received.
Despite this, your case was reviewed multiple times by senior team members and we took the time to explain our assessment process, quality control procedures, and the options available moving forward. As a gesture of goodwill, we also arranged for the garment to be returned to you at no additional cost.
At Muscle Nation, we take all product concerns seriously and assess every claim individually and in line with both our Returns Policy and obligations under Australian Consumer Law. While we understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for, our decision was based on the information and evidence available throughout the review process.

They are SO buttery soft, incredibly comfy and honestly feel like I’m not even wearing pants 🙌 The fit is amazing, they stay in place perfectly and I could happily live in them all day.
Delivery was super fast too which was a lovely bonus. Definitely one of those purchases you instantly want in every colour 😍

Muscle Nation is my all time favourite brand for all things protein & energy - I’ve tried so many brands and nothing compares. There’s no gross/chalky flavours, everything tastes exactly like what it says it’s gonna taste like, super filling and great macros, affordable (with lots of specials at retailers and direct), and such a wide range of types of products and flavours that you never get bored!
They also have such cute and quality activewear and accessories - I have the most gorg berry workout set in obsessed with and have my eye on their new winter drop👀
