We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your experience. However, we do need to clarify that your review does not accurately reflect the circumstances surrounding this matter.

Your return was originally lodged through our returns portal as a “change of mind / sizing” return, and at no stage prior to returning the garment was the item reported to our team as faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Upon assessment by our Returns Team, the returned item was identified as having damage which rendered the garment unsuitable for resale. As the concern was only raised after the item had been returned, and no supporting images or evidence were able to be provided showing the garment in this condition upon delivery, we were unfortunately unable to verify that the damage was present at the time the item was received.

Despite this, your case was reviewed multiple times by senior team members and we took the time to explain our assessment process, quality control procedures, and the options available moving forward. As a gesture of goodwill, we also arranged for the garment to be returned to you at no additional cost.

At Muscle Nation, we take all product concerns seriously and assess every claim individually and in line with both our Returns Policy and obligations under Australian Consumer Law. While we understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for, our decision was based on the information and evidence available throughout the review process.

Thanks for providing this feedback. We are very sorry to hear you didn't love our Protein Yogurts.

This is a brand new category for us, and as with any first release, there can be different experiences depending on individual taste and expectations.

These products were developed and taste-tested with our team, who found the flavours to be true to profile, however they are a protein-based Greek yoghurt style product, which naturally has a tangier taste and thicker, slightly grainier texture compared to traditional desserts.

We really appreciate the detailed feedback though! This is exactly what helps us improve! With each batch we produce, our manufacturing team continues to make small refinements to the formulation based on customer feedback to help us get closer to the perfect balance of taste and texture. Our manufacturer has already taken this onboard to improve texture and taste based on customer feedback so you should find our newer batches (a later best before date) are more to your liking.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, we’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with the outcome.

We do want to clarify a few points for transparency. Your return was assessed by our Returns team upon processed, and the garment was found to have visible marking across the inside and outside waistband area. While we understand this may not have been easily visible in the photos provided due to the bright colour of the garment, the marks were identifiable upon physical inspection and were not related to fabric pulling or a manufacturing fault. This was noted in our initial email to you, to provide transparency.

As outlined in our Returns Policy, all items must be returned in original, unworn condition and free from any marks, stains, odours, or signs of wear in order to be accepted back into stock. This is a standard hygiene requirement applied consistently across all returns to ensure product quality and fairness for all customers.

Based on this assessment, the item was deemed not resalable, which is why the return could not be approved.

We also offered two resolution options in line with this outcome, either return of the item to you or disposal, and your preference to have the item returned was actioned, with a shipping invoice arranged accordingly.

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry this experience did not meet your expectations.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with how this experience unfolded.

We did previously partner with DHL; however, we moved to Australia Post and USPS for USA international deliveries due to significant tariff and additional carrier charges being passed on to customers for delivery. In some cases, these exceeded 30%. Our aim in making this change was to avoid customers having to absorb these increased costs and to keep shipping more accessible and affordable.

We do want to clarify a few points for transparency. From our records, your order was successfully dispatched with tracking details provided at the time of shipment. The carrier attempted delivery and a collection notice was left; however, the parcel was not collected within the holding period and was subsequently returned to sender.

Once the order returned to our warehouse, we reached out with options to reship or refund. At that stage, a chargeback had already been initiated, which meant the funds were placed on hold by the bank and we were unable to process a refund, replacement, or reshipment until the investigation is completed.

We also want to note that, per our records, we did not receive any prior email or chat correspondence from you before the chargeback was lodged. We requested copies of any communication on multiple occasions to assist with our review; however, these were not provided.

Tracking details and courier contact information are provided at dispatch as part of the standard international delivery process, and no further contact was received by our team prior to the dispute being raised. In future, we recommend contacting our team directly regarding any concerns with your parcel prior to lodging a chargeback, as this ensures we’re able to assist promptly and offer solutions such as reshipment once the parcel is returned to our warehouse.

In regard to shipping protection, this is designed to provide additional support in situations such as parcels being lost in transit or incorrectly delivered by the courier. It does not extend to covering additional shipping charges where a parcel has not been collected after a delivery attempt and is returned to sender following standard courier procedures.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with how this was handled.

To clarify, we absolutely did not refuse a refund. We confirmed multiple times that we’re more than happy to provide a resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law, however for cases where an incorrect item has been received, we’re required to first have the item returned (or scanned into transit) so we can properly complete the process on our end.

We also offered a return label and, when you mentioned you were leaving the country, we offered a collection option to remove the need for you to attend a post office. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to proceed without the return step being completed, which is a standard part of our process for stock and order verification.

We understand this situation was inconvenient due to your travel plans, and we genuinely did try to provide flexible options to help resolve the issue before you left.

We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve how we support customers in time-sensitive situations like this.

Should you wish to proceed with returning the incorrect item so we can issue a replacement or refund, please let us know via the existing email thread and we’ll be more than happy to assist further.

We’re sorry to hear the sizing and return experience has left you feeling this way. In regard to the oversized tee, our oversized range is intentionally designed to be a very relaxed, baggy fit as part of the style. This is reflected in the product naming and description, and we also provide specific tee and sizing guides to assist with finding your perfect size prior to purchase.

Upon reviewing your return, we can see an exchange was lodged via our returns portal and the same size item was selected in the exchange process. The portal provides a full return summary before final confirmation, outlining both the item being returned and the item being purchased in the exchange, to ensure customers are familiar with their return before submission. We can see the exchange was processed exactly as submitted.

In relation to the second exchange, our Returns Policy, which is available publicly on our website prior to purchase and agreed to when processing a return, states that under “Instant Exchange Australia Only”, we are unable to process a refund or another exchange once an exchange order has already been completed. In these cases, customers are welcome to return the item for store credit and place a new order if they wish.

We can also see our Customer Experience team has already been in contact via email and is actively assisting you with a resolution.
