Dopo essere arrivati al Museo per prendere una navetta per Marinello, l'addetto ci ha detto di aspettare fuori dal cancello giallo. Non ci sono segnali e dopo 90 minuti, l'autobus non è arrivato. Poi, quando siamo tornati, ha indicato che l'autobus è arrivato alle 10:45, che è stato dopo che le abbiamo chiesto. Servizio scarso. Le istruzioni sul sito web non sono facili da usare e ci sono solo due navette al mattino e al pomeriggio, NON OGNI 90 minuti.
Le auto nel museo stanno bene, ma non mi preoccuperei di nuovo. Per un'azienda che si vanta dell'eccellenza, molto deludente.

Sono stata contentissima di andare con mia figlia al museo della luce a Roma. Le ragazze gentilissime e preparatissime. Cordiali attente e molto utili e soprattutto pazienti. Esperienza favolosa. Da fare la consiglio vivamente
