As another review on here said, they are NOT weighted in any way. The "small business" has a zero refund policy, obviously because of this. I also got a double charge like another review says, for an additional £35! So basically I've paid £60 for an unweighted, generic plush. Absolutely terrible company. Do not buy.

Taken more money then it said even when they were on sale! Have emailed several times to get a refund with no response! Don't waste your money or buy from this site

Ordered from here and paid like £20, havent yet received my parcel but checked my bank and have paid out another £30!! They’ve taken money out of my account without my knowledge. Contacted my bank who have blocked them from taking any more money from me… dont buy from here!!

I bought these for my daughter and grandaughter because they borh suffer from anxiety and I thought a weighted plushie would be perfect. These are NOT weighted! The jumbo one I bought can't weigh more than a half pound. And is literally just a cheap ass stuffed animal. I'm going to try to add some weight so its not a total loss but do yourself a favor and don't order from Mush Plushies!

Won’t cancel order emailed 6x. Has to call. Still won’t cancel. Got r charged more then it said

Total scam and absolutely 100% complete false advertisement of the product. This transaction ended up frauding my card out. Plus them charging you later for an unknown subscription. After I got the plushie, I realized if the mail carrier can fit the biggest one in my mailbox. I knew this thing had no weight to it. It's lighter than a throw pillow. What out purchasing from this ad. Would definitely do more research on this.

Thankfully my bank caught the $40 charge, locked my card and sent me a new card asap. My experience was the same as all these other reviews. It's a scam.

Not weighted!!! Also didn’t state that figures were in USD at checkout so i was charged twice the amount i expected in AUD. But main issue is that weighted items are for medical needs and i now have a regular soft plush i could have purchased for 1/4 of the price at a local store.

Made the order because I am desperate for my child to sleep - the prices at the checkout were very different to what the receipt sent to my email said (yes both in USD I checked this) I got screenshots and emailed customer help and got an automated email back asking for the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of my card which is red flag number two! Once I found all these reviews I called my bank (ASB) and within ten minutes had my card cancelled it’s the only way to fix that issue.

Zero stars! Mush Plushies weighted animals AREN’T! My “weighted” dinosaur came vacuum-packed and couldn’t weigh more than half a pound. Don’t waste your money. Do not buy from mush plushies. They advertise weighted, security plushies for people with anxiety. They take advantage of people with serious needs.

If you've already purchased from this company, cancel or lock your card NOW. Based on other reviews, I'm probably not going to be able to get my $40 back, but I can sure as heck keep them from charging me again. They charged 4x what I agreed to pay for shipping. Then I didn't read the fine print (that's on me) and they signed me up for the VIP club, which I expect is what allows them to charge people's cards again after the initial transaction.

When you placed the order, there was a checkbox for our "Terms of Service" that you manually checked to proceed and pay your order, which constitutes agreeing to be enrolled in the "VIP Rewards/Club Subscription." This check box is not automatically checked and can only be checked with human intervention.

I ordered a unicorn plushie for my kiddo and it arrived quick, for just 10 bucks.

This website is the worst place to buy things from, first of all, i ordered a plushy that claimed it was weighted, it didnt arrive until months later. and get this. IT WASNT WEIGHTED. IT WAS A NORMAL PLUSHY. i never got my money back for it because i never complained. it was kinda cute. but, as of recent, i have seen an unknown charge from boldbayretail, i emailed them saying i never made a purchase for 40 bucks, mind you i bought this plush in january, it is now may, and i got 2 unknown charges for 40 bucks. DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF SERVICE BECAUSE THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE SCUMBAGS WHO SCAM YOU BY SNEAKING IN THAT YOU SIGN UP FOR A VIP SUBSCRIPTION AND WHEN YOU CLICK ACCEPT THEY CHARGE YOU MONTHLY. 40 BUCKS. AND YOU GET NOTHING AT ALL. THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY. so i recommend anyone to never use this website, and if you have, report to your bank either from boldbayretail or mushplushies whatever charged you. then lock your card, get a new one so they cant charge you every month. THANK YOU

Save your time and money. This is the company that is associated with Peachd.
They do a great advertising but what they deliver is no where near to what you think you are getting. If I could rate lower then 0 I would.
And if you want to cancel the order you will get no in capital letters NO and all kinds of stupid lies as to why they can't cancel or refund your money. And if you are fast enough to cancel your credit card you will notice other items billed to your card. And the amount is always 37.95$
Don't order from these companies.

Peachd and Mush plushie are bad news and a poster company for SCAMMERS

This company is a complete scam. Their weighted stuffies aren’t as they describe them on their site. They are small and not weighted at all. I asked for a refund and they continued to charge me random amounts monthly until I cancelled my credit card. They answer sporadic emails but never addressed my concerns with the over charging. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Plush was not weighted at all. It was just a normal plush. Customer service refused to do anything about it, they said with them being a "small business" if they refunded me, that would be a detriment to them.
Then emailed me every single say, asking if they could fix anything, so I told them again and again that I needed to return the plush so I could get a refund, and they KEPT saying they couldn't do anything.
But then continued to email me asking if I could let them know that my customer experience was fixed.

I ordered this for me and my sister, i got notifications saying that 3 orders of £6 have been attempted to take out of my NatWest account, for random jewellery.. which i didn’t do by the way!! the dino did arrive, however it wasn’t weighted at all and wasn’t as big as it was supposed to. It took me a while to replace my card and contact my fraud team, so seriously stay away from this site.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company!!! They are scammers. The products are not weighted for anxiety and the products are definitely not what they are advertising all over social media.

These are not weighted and very small and when you purchase an item they sign you up for their VIP without your knowledge and charge $37.95 a month. Also the price when I ordered on my receipt showed up as more on my bank statement. This company is a SCAM!
