I am going to leave this comment and hopefully it stops one person from buying from this company. I bought an otter about 2 weeks ago from MushPlushies.com and I clicked 4.95 for shipping standard. They billed me 9.95 for express mail. The total came to $19.90 and I still haven't got anything. The company is from California but transaction on my card came back Savannah Florida and the company was called Cutiessqueezing.com. 2 days ago they took another 34.95 out of my account without me authorizing it. I made no other purchaces. They said it was being prepared in New York but the last update said it was being prepared in Illinois. Please look up the reviews before buying from this company. I made the mistake not to look at reviews and I am now out of $60. No refund, returns and you can't cancel you order.

Do not use these guys!
Used them for a transaction for a plush Otter, which arrived within two weeks. Charged $16.57 NZD under the name Musclehub-Co.
Did another order for my second child from the same website. Charged the expediated shipping (which I did not select) and with the USD conversion cost NZD$32.70 under name Hair-Houdini. This rang alarm bells and after the fact, I check reviews. Bad reviews of course. Product is however showing shipping updates. Today 17/06 though, I have an unauthorised transaction for $57.90 from Hair-Houdini. Bank now has to cancel my card to block these guys. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The receipt was under name hair - Houdini for $39.95
Not mushplushies and I got charged more than what it says on their site
I checked the site before I ordered and am confused as what I read they were legit
It has stopped me know from ordering anything on Facebook as this is the third time being scammed, it’s under investigation so I’m hoping I get my money back

UPDATE THEY HAVE NOW TAKEN AN ADDITIONAL $60.00 OUT OF MY CREDIT CARD WITH NO EXPLANATION AND NO RESPONSES TO MY 15 EMAILS. I HAVE NOW HAD TO GO TO THE HASSLE OF CANCELLING MY CREDIT CARD - I CANT BELIEVE HOW STUPID I WAS.
I've just ordered, my order confirmation shows USD9.95 plus USD4.95 postage and I have been charged USD19.95, I contacted Mushplushies who blamed it on sales tax which doesnt exist in NZ, absolute rip off and they replied to my email 3 days after I wrote it and after they issued tracking number, which states 6-20 business days for delivery which also was not stated at the time of purchase.
I will not give up trying to get my money back

My son asked me to order off of this site. First, he tried and the transaction would not go through. Then, he asked me to make the purchase. As a result, my debit card was charged for a purchase from outfitsdi for $19.90 instead of from Mush Plushies for $14.90. My bank blocked my debit card and reported it now I can't use it and have to get a replacement. They are definitely scammers so beware!!!!

Fraud don’t buy chime gave my money back

Scam. They got my card info and are linked to Julia's bees. Now my card keeps getting charged each month and now every day since it's locked. I can see when they try and make a transaction every time. I even got a new card and they somehow got that info too. I called the number associated with the transaction but nothing was done. I would like to join a class action lawsuit. I have every transaction recorded.

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I purchased this for my daughter. I am in the same in that they have totally scammed me. The plushie arrived vaccuum packed and not weighted at all.
Ended up costing me £50 for a rubbish plushie because of this vip subscription they scam you into.
I wouldn't have given it 1 star if it would have let me put less.

Claims to be a small American business, they're actually Chinese scam artists!
They will not refund or exchange.
I paid $62 for a weighted Pink dinosaur. It came vacuum packed and no weight to it what so ever. The tag completely written in Chinese including 'made in China!' and no sign anywhere of 'Mush Plushie!'.

Don't fall for it.. just take our words for it. Horrible scammy site

What a joke of a company. Product is not as advertised, they charged my card 3 times for way more than the order actually cost and no one will reply to me. I’m beyond livid and hope they get shut down! UNACCEPTABLE SCAM!

Total scam! When I got my order it was basically just an ordinary stuffed animal rather than the weighted stuffed animal that I had ordered! And they wouldn’t give me a refund.

This company is full on scamming anyone who orders their cheap, misleading products. Zero customer service, then they try to scam more money from your account. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Nasty scamming online company. Would never recommend them!!

Absolutely fuming, I wish I read the reviews before buying. Iknow its my own fault I was stupid enough it believe I would be buying a weighted plush to help me with anxiety. I paid £9 for it then a further £31 has been taken out but luckily my bank has sorted it and will be fully refunded.

SCAM ALERT Would put zero stars is I could !! Ordered 2 plushies. Then noticed more money being taken from account !!!! Taken $90 dollars they shouldn't have !!! Cancelled card and will see what bank can do to recover my money. Doubt the items I ordered will turn up ☹️

Got this response from them. But when buying there is no explanation of what the VIP club is . Also have not been notified of membership benefits there was or what discounts I was entitled to as you would expect if you were entitled to them !?

Just a over priced stuffed animal. NOT weighted at all. What a scam. Glad I remembered to cancel my subscription. It also took weeks for it to be delivered.

Absolutely awful. Not at all described and took more money out of my account than I paid for. Block your card asap and I would never recommend anybody to buy from them. They won't refund the money and it's just an absolute waste.
