Thanks for all your help

Came in and bought a few things. One thing I had ordered and had it set aside when it and back in stock, another that I had absolutely no clue how to use and the last thing that I couldn't get to sound right. The guy that helped me had showed me how to set up the appropriate setting and how to make everything work. Will be coming back soon.

Worst guitar company i have ever dealt…

Worst guitar company i have ever dealt with. The Owner Colin was rude and abusive on the phone, calling me profanities for breaking the head of my acoustic guitar, when that is not what happened. i then tried to call to pay for the repairs, he kept hanging up on me making it impossible to pay. Then after a few months i decided to ring and sort it out, and he has sold my guitar that i paid $600 for, and has told me to go away. how is this fair. nice work buddy

Hi James, I was waiting for you to lash out at us and leave a review somewhere. Everyone knows that there is two sides to every story and from the looks of your review, it contains a lot of fabrications and blatant lies.

You purchased the guitar for $499 with a FREE capo and received free shipping to Melbourne.

I never once swore at you. It was YOU who became abusive that we declined your broken headstock as a warranty claim. For the record, you could see an impact chip at the top of the headstock where it had either fallen or been dropped. Instead of listening, you screamed down the phone to me. All I did was hang up on you because nobody deserves the abuse that you were dishing out. You then kept calling for hours, disrupting our business with a barrage of calls.

Once you finally calmed down enough to reason with, you indicated that you did want the guitar repaired. We had your guitar repaired by a Luthier external to our organization and tried calling you and trying to get you to pay for the repair. I wasn't even asking you to cover the shipping as I had paid BOTH to you and BACK to us. We tried calling you and emailing you on the contact info you provided, but we were unable to contact you at all.

Our store policy is, you have two months to collect or arrange collection of your repair or we sell the instrument to recover the repair costs. In your case, it was FOUR months later after repeated attempts to call and email, then we sold the guitar. The guitar was sold to recover the costs of repairing the damage that you caused and then claimed it was a manufacturing defect.

Almost a year later, you send us an email stating that you are now ready to pay for your repair. I informed you that it was gone and then you call up being abusive again. I'm not here to be your punching bag and I will not stay silent when someone lies about me. We absolutely go above and beyond for all our customers, however in your case, don't come back, we don't want your business

***TL:DR Guy broke his guitar, tries to claim warranty then goes psycho when it gets declined. Shop repairs guitar, can't contact the guy and sells to recover repair costs. A year later guy is like "I'm ready to pay for the repair now." and leaves a 1-star review
