Great customer service

Amazing choice for YouTubers

I’ve been using Musicbed for a while now, and honestly, it’s been one of the best tools in my workflow as a creator. I've tested other similar services and decided to use only Musicbed because of the quality.

What stands out the most is their music curation. The quality is consistently high, and it doesn’t feel like you’re digging through endless generic tracks. Everything feels intentional, cinematic, and actually usable for storytelling, which is great for my YouTube channel.

Their filters are insanely good. I can usually find exactly what I need in minutes by filtering by mood and instrument, instead of wasting hours scrolling. That alone makes a huge difference when you’re deep in editing and need the right track fast.

Also, their customer service has been super helpful and responsive.

Overall, if you’re a YouTuber, Musicbed is easily a great choice. It saves time, elevates your content, and just makes the whole process smoother.

They responded so fast!

Needed to get a refund because I accidentally purchased 2 of the same songs and they were so fast at getting back and I was able to get a refund very easily!

Post free trial - direct debit save!

I decided to use the Musicbed free trial during the edit of my indie feature film so I could test some tracks out. I'm currently starting a business and have pretty low cashflow so I intended to cancel after the free trial until I could afford the full service. I completely forgot to cancel and then panicked when $160 AUD was taken from my account. At that point I was minus $160. I decided to reach out to the Musicbed support team and explain my situation. They were really responsive and helpful and were kind enough to reimburse the amount, due to my situation. I had already intended on using their service properly once my circumstance changed and now that everything is resolved so efficiently I highly recommend using this service! I'm really happy with my experience!

Be very careful before signing up. Musicbed advertises monthly pricing, but in my experience it functions as a 12-month contract paid monthly, not a normal cancel-anytime subscription. That distinction was not presented clearly enough for a commitment of this size.

I realized the issue almost immediately, contacted them within days, and explained that I needed to stop using the service because of a sudden family medical situation. I did not ask for a refund of the first payment. I asked for a reasonable hardship cancellation. They refused.

What made it worse was how they framed my use. They pointed to download/license totals even though most of that was just auditioning music internally while editing. I had no ongoing public use, deleted the videos I made, and removed the downloaded files.

The music may be excellent, but the billing model and customer service left a very bad impression. I would strongly encourage creators to read every word before checking out, because this did not feel transparent or customer-friendly at all.

Anywhere monthly installments or monthly payments are mentioned on the site, we are very intentional to couple it with terms like "Annual, 12 Installments" to avoid any such confusion. I absolutely appreciate your perspective that it was not as clear as it could be and we are continuously evaluating the clarity of our language! I would love to hear what specifically in the checkout flow was unclear so we can improve it!

Regarding usage during your term, we must operate under the assumption that songs have and will be used in order to best protect our artists' work.

If you would be comfortable sharing a bit more information, I'd be happy to look into your case specifically and see if there is anything else we can do for you!
