If you thought excellent customer service is a thing of the pre-pandemic past, you haven't worked with Music Vine. They were incredibly responsive, helpful and most of all understanding of my particular circumstances regarding subscription fulfillment. In a creative field, having a great roster of talent is obviously important, but matching that level in your customer service is what we keep me turning to Music Vine rather than looking elsewhere.
