Bought the cordless iron, first use noticed that the heat wasn’t very hot at all, and constant docking of it didn’t improve it, so turned the steamer on and then the water started leaking out. Turned the steam off, same problem. The water also pours out when the iron isn’t completely flat. After 10 minutes and two attempts at trying to iron the same dress I gave up and used my old iron (really notice the difference in the heat settings). The product is either faulty or not fit for purpose. Have to return it but also have to pay for this despite it being damaged (it also arrived scuffed, should have realised then!). As it’s a heavy item it’s likely to cost me almost as much as my refund will be. Must have ideas said that the water leakage when steam setting is on is normal. Have bought from them before but after this I won’t be buying again, it’s not worth the risk for bigger items. Really disappointed with the customer service.

Re response - I have already contacted you, I’ve been told I have to pay to return the faulty item and have it tracked and you will decide if it’s faulty on return - so I will be out of pocket to send a heavy item recorded when I’ve already sent 2 videos and photo evidence to you. Putting it right would be allowing the free return of an item that is clearly faulty and not expect pass on that cost to your customer. So you really have no intent on putting it right, because you won’t pay the postage because you won’t accept it’s faulty until you’ve examined it after I’ve paid to return it. Really poor tbh

Although my delivery was late, the customer service guys were very helpful and friendly. Received my refund very quickly. I got to keep the boxes as well which are brilliant. I would recommend to friends and family

I found your delivery timing excellant.
I found that when you offered an additional item at a reduced cost attractive however when I placed an acceptance within the limited time range nothing happened and I had to chase you to find out why to be told that my order was FIVE minutes too late, not acceptable.
Further I found the quality of the goods poor value and did not work at an acceptable level.
I further feel that it was not worth my while chaseing a refund.
So overall you do not give value as cheap is not a substitute for value and I will probably dump the supplied goods in the bin.

The boxes are just amazing. Very strong and well made at a really good price. They do exactly what is promised. So easy to unzip and take out the things you need without having to unpack a full box. Brilliant idea.

Unfortunately Royal Mail failed to deliver my first order however the MHI customer service arranged a second delivery of the same item which arrived as promised within 2 days.
Helpful staff at the call centre and on the second attempt good service.

Bought toilet cleaner and although flushes a beautiful coloured blue water it is not as powerful as made out. Didn’t receive within 48 hours but that may to do with using Royal Mail at weekends.

It was easy to order and no problem with product.

Bought fast out and so disappointed. I have tried it on various fabrics but it leaves a white mark or stain not removed
