Mould Magic. I bought the product based on online adverts and good review but it's nothing like what's advertised. I applied it, left it for 3 hours and then wiped with a wet towel as instructed but nothing really happened. It's no difference than many other, much cheaper products!

Exactly what we need to move heavy items and neat enough to keep handy in a cupboard. It will be great to move fridge freezer and also beds to clean behind! The service was perfect! Absolutely brilliant customer service
Absolutely brilliant customer service. I have been buying must have products for years and only twice have I had to ask for a refund. They refunded with no problems. It wasn't a fault with the product my husband just didn't think it worked as well as the product we usually buy but it was worth a try as 99% of things purchased on must have is brilliant. I would highly recommend this lovely family run business.

Poor Communication between Company
Poor Communication between Company, Customer and Royal Mail.
I never receive the Royal Mail details, in order to track my Order.
Delivery One: My order had been delivered a day early and Royal Mail had informed the Company where they gad put it. Unfortunately the Compsny didn't pass this information on to me, so I waited in the whole of the next day for my delivery. I only found out at 1800 when I rang the company to say my goods hadn't been delivered and they informed me where the package was.
I have ordered another two items and Instill don't receive the Royal Mail delivery details, so I have to ring up.
To be honest it has put me off of making any further orders.
