The agent was very professional and thoughtful in making sure I understood all the pros and cons of the transaction. All the steps were completed in a timely manner

Dealing with a lot of people to get a loan, that were uncoordinated.
Two Loan origination personnel (one quit in the middle of the process)
Loan processor that kept sending Fed Ex packages of questions that could be answered over the phone.
HUD counseling session was a joke.
Notary had to come back to get more signatures
Can’t find anyone to set up the loan like I want
Etc

I was guided through the ins and outs of a reverse mortgage from my first phone call to Mutual of Omaha. From the initial contact I was assigned a reverse mortgage specialist who always answered any questions honestly and clearly. He stayed in touch through the closing. I highly recommend Mutual of Omaha with a special tip of my hat to their agent, Mark,Klaum.

Shari Danalewich was fantastic in not only her professionalism but total knowledge of your program. This made our decision much easier to come to.
