I highly recommend Andrew Hurwitz of Mutual of Omaha. He ensured I understood all parts of each type of loan they have to offer. Through them we are required to speak with a 3rd party credit agency not affiliated with them so we are not pressured into doing something we do not want to do.

Bianca Rodriguez made the reverse mortgage process so easy for me. I am an 80 year old retired female living by herself in a home that I am still paying a mortgage on. I have owned the home since 1992. I am living on Social Security and two pensions.
Everything is going up except my income. I had lots of equity in my home which it made sense for me at this time of my life to do the reverse mortgage.
