Their glasses are super cute and fit nicely. They are perfect for single vision. The price is extremely excellent, especially compared to physical stores.
My progressive lenses are just slightly blurry, I have to adjust where they are positioned on my nose to see correctly.

The ease of ordering was fabulous. One pair of the glasses is just wrong. I think where the bifocal starts is too low on the lenses.

I ordered 1.74 high index lenses. I got polycarbonate, the lenses are 1/4 inch thick.Actually the lens thickness on each pair are different. They look horrible and I'm throwing them away

There are a lot of reviews for Muukal...some not so good. Mine is good...great, in fact. I was reluctant to place an order, but very pleased that I did. My variety is driver, readers, and a combo progressive...they arrived within 10 days of ordering and I have no complaints. The website worked great; they have a huge selection; the price was competitive; and they communicated! I don't have insurance to herd me through their "recommendations" and I stumbled upon Muukal through a Google search...I have no affiliation other than being a happy customer.
The glasses...from lenses to frames are what you would expect from anywhere else...even an "optician" is smart enough to save some money and buy direct.

Great customer service! I had an issue with my order and they were very helpful and provided quick and reasonable accommodations to fix it. The frames were exactly as advertised and I really like them. I would definitely order from them again.
