Unprofessional and Persistent Sales Calls

I keep receiving calls from Muuvo’s staff even after clearly telling them that everything is already set up and we don’t need their help. It feels like they seriously need better training — not just in understanding customer needs but also in basic communication and phone etiquette. I honestly don’t understand the point of repeatedly calling potential customers who have already said no. Even if I ever did need their services, I’d avoid them just because of how unprofessional their approach and voicemail were.

nothing but unhelpful!!!

Our estate agents are partnered with Muuvo to help transfer the bill across to our names. It has been nothing but unhelpful. We moved in to our new flat over a month ago and were told by Muuvo that all bills have been sorted and all we have to do was wait around 2 weeks for a letter. It also said on my dashboard it had been sorted. However, we still have not received any letters for setting up our bills so we decided to phone up the bill companies ourselves and we were told by the energy company that it was still in the landlords name and the water company told us they didn't even know anyone was living there!!! we have been on hold with them for over an hour trying to sort this out. They are not doing what they said they would and did not let these companies know that we were moving in so it has now become a massive pain trying to chase all these companies up. Not a great company at all. I do not recommend.

Really helpful and transparent

Really helpful and transparent. The person who was dealing with me Gerry was absolutely fantastic helped me transfer from my other provider which I was being lied to and had no gas for weeks and thanks to Gerry he helped me resolve the issue.

If you get a chance to get helped from him you are extremely lucky.

Scammers/Spammers

Bombarded me with multiple phone calls and emails despite not consenting them to use my information, nor do they have a functioning unsubscribe option in the email spam they send you. Refused to take no for an answer and have not deleted my contact details despite asking on separate occasions.

Gerry the superstar was a great help.

Gerry gave me a ring and made the whole experience changing over my energy provider explaining all the offers available. After going with his recommendation the process was so quick and easy. An absolute pleasure Gerry thank you for your help and expertise

Unsollicited marketing spam

Received lots of marketing spam after signing a new tenancy agreement. I have not shared my personal details with Muuvo nor have I opted in to marketing communications. Their marketing communications have no opt-out link. Appears to be completely non-compliant with marketing and data processing regulations.

Disappointing response

The service to only inform the suppliers such as water authority and council that i have moved in is pretty useless it would have made more sense to just say what i have to do to set it up with a link to the relevant site directly. I am not impressed with this service. Only the reference to Rebel Energy for energy bill concerns was any use.

Not very good if you say no

At first service started off well. When we told them our circumstances and that we wouldn’t need their services right away they became quite aggressive with me on the phone, talking over me and then, when I asked if they could send us the quotes via email all I got was them saying ‘we can’t send you quotes from any suppliers as we don’t have an email address and I don’t have the time to sit and write out 30 quotes to send to one customer when I have 60 more waiting for a call back” when I said yeah that’s fine totally I understand, if it’s a case you can’t do that it’s fine but if it’s more the case you don’t want to then I’m not sure what else you want me to say, the call handler, Shaun, seemed to take extreme offence that we didn’t want to use their service right this instance and started talking over me, really aggressive sales tactics by calling multiple times a day and then took offence that we were unable to answer every time they called us. He then actually hung up on me after not letting me get a word in edge ways, what started as a harmless call has now lead to us wondering what we did wrong by saying no to using their service.
