DPD delivery very poor service/Requesting reimbursement
As is almost always the case with DPD, this morning DPD dropped off my package at a DPD Pickup Parcel Shop instead of delivering it to my home at Kolingasse 4 in Wien. It seems that DPD drivers find it more convenient to drop off my packages at Handy Volt on Liechtensteinstrasse rather than deliver them to my home. Please note that I have paid for delivery to my home not to a location which is 500 meters away. I request that you investigate this as it happens all too often. And for the record, at the same time I received the notification from DPD this morning that DPD couldn't deliver my package, I received another package from Austrian Post at my home.
I also request full reimbursement of my shipping expense.

One item was out of stock - little communication.
One item was out of stock and had very little information until I manually asked. It was then removed and the delivery was made, but with no other real options.

3 minuses for extremly bad support, you want to return something they are unhappy, they don't answer, you need to write few emails etc etc.
So basically, only buy here if you are sure that you are not returning the item.
Ah, almost forgot, yes, you pay for the return shipping :)

its been a week and i have not received…
its been a week and i have not received my package. It appears to be lost between the shop and delivery company. Rather than sending me a new article and sort out there logistic problem, they are making me wait.
