Warning! Their customer service is a nightmare!
Warning... Don't ever order from these people!! They advertise extremely low prices, yes, but if anything goes wrong customer service is an absolute nightmare!! I ordered a bunch of vinyl records and never received my package...SEUR claim that they delivered them to somebody named "Loren"... well, that is sure not me nor anybody in my household. FIrst of all the process for even registering the complaint with Muziker was very convoluted, and I'm waiting for a long time now... no records, no money, no information, they say this can take up to one month. It is already clear that SEUR didn't do their job properly so why the h*ll should I be waiting for?! I have already posted about this in two record buying communities to warn people, and I will continue to warn people of this scamming company any opportunity I get, they have really managed to convert a customer into an enemy here...

I would give zero stars if this was an option.
Update: Thank you for your reply. I have already corresponded with your customer service team. You did not provide any shipping notifications, emails or messages, and as a result the order was returned to your warehouse. When I contacted you to request you reship it, you stated this would be impossible, and instructed me to wait for a refund and then to re-order again. This is extremely poor customer service as this order was almost 1000 euros, and the refund took weeks to process, and this would likely result in the exact same outcome. Instead, you could have simply reshipped the order and provided a tracking number, and if you had provided the same level of customer care in response to this message publicly as you did privately via email, I would not have left this review.
